Ordered 2 for 6 spicy chicken sandwiches with extra mayo, obviously you see both sandwiches are wrong one plain not even spicy, the other no extra mayo and the lettuce almost looks brown. Couldn't even ring it up right on the receipt. Fries cold. And the strawberry lemonade is now garbage coming out of the machine now they said, but would've been nice to know it's machine while ordering because we would've got something else to drink knowing beforehand, doesn't look right and the taste is not that great, used to be some of the best strawberry lemonade around now it's probably the worst. My burger was alright though not hot but not cold. Usually this location isn't bad in my experience yea sometimes they'll forget something who doesn't I get it but this is ridiculous considering had to wait like 15 minutes with no one ahead of me and the lady had to open the window twice to confirm some of the order.
My friends and I went through the drive through at about 10 pm and when the guy in the window handed us our krabby patty meal, I screamed “LET’S GOOOOOO” as the guy started closing the window. Then he opened the window and screamed back a very high pitch sound which was almost that of a billy goat. I appreciated that so much and I just want to say thank you to this man who made my entire week.
We ordered 2 drinks and sat for 15 minutes behind a car at the widow. Why did they not pull them up to give us our drinks ? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!.
Got take out, and my burger was so cold to the touch. Took a bite and it was not even warm. Fries were also cold. Almost like they were in a fridge. I called just to notify them that maybe someone was doing something wrong, didn’t even want a refund. And the worker I spoke to was incredibly rude and so disrespectful. This Wendy’s has went downhill a lot recently. Super disappointed.
It was near closing time, and the drive up was only open. It took a while for the customer in front of us to get his order. We were hungry and not much open, so we waited. The girl who took our order and passed our food out was so pleasant. She could have acted inconvenienced, being it was near closing time, but she didn't at all.
Give her a raise!
Food was all cold cept coffee. Hopefully its better for other's.
Everytime we go here they're out of something, sometimes multiple items. It's been like this for a few years now. Cups, lettuce, chicken nuggets, hamburger, tomatoes, bacon etc... I've never encountered a fastfood restaurant that is so consistently out of product.
Typical fast food. We were the only customers in the store, so the service was fairly quick.
