edit: came here against my better judgment and they forgot half my food and my sandwich had a hair on it. 0/5 stars, avoid at all costs.
honestly a terrible experience every time I don't know why I come here. food is always cold, constantly slow drive through, they get orders wrong 50% of the time. they're lucky they're the only wendy's with a drive through that's nearby.
Been waiting in line for 15 mins there are 5-6 workers but no one seems to take my order,the food was ok but the service and waiting time sucked
Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order just for them to give me my order incorrectly 3 times. I finally get my food and get home and the double stack had mayo when it doesn’t even come with it. I had asked for no condiments. The fries are missing. The jr bacon cheeseburger has mustard when it doesn’t come with it. The whole place is a mess and half of the staff looks like they couldn’t care less and the rest has no clue what’s going on. They need some good management to take over and retrain the whole staff or just shut the place down.
Fries were cold, dry and did not have salt. Did not give me the sauce I ordered for them either. The baked potato and strawberry lemonade were good.
Bro these people at night are horrible. The girl in red is unprofessional. If she really hates her job she should go work at a factory or something where it doesn’t have to deal with PEOPLE. We simply asked for napkins and she mean mugged us hard and said no. Throughout the whole time she was giving everyone attitude. I work w customer service for years and never have I ever been that way towards customers. I think she isn’t a good fit for this kind of job because it’ll just make customers not want to go in and it’ll make y’all lose business. She just needs to stay at home and fix her manners or something.
I ordered food from here and it was the worst I've ever had from any Wendy's in the past 20 years. The food was cold and the burgers were overcooked. They didn't include any sauces or salt and pepper. You would think if you order food for delivery they could throw in a couple of napkins or actually a fork for the fries. I'm actually surprised they got the Coca-Cola right. I tried a few bites and realized that I spent $30 on trash so unfortunately it went right into the garbage where it belongs.
This location the fries are cold and they need more training. Corporate needs to do an undercover boss here and just sit in the lobby and observe how their billions are being made. Also, I ordered a son of baconator and it looked more like the bald headed step son of baconator.
I came here on my 20 minute lunch break....and sadly I think I may have waited over 40 minutes for a 4 for 4.....the order taker had a lack of urgency and so did the manager that was hidden away in a back room
