Old cold fries. Soda tasted nasty nothing was sweet. Rude employees yelling at eachother. They Messed up my order after fixing it twice. No toilet paper. Music too loud no one can hear us behind the counter. Do not recommend this Wendy’s!
Once again, my order was incorrect. Ordered 2 sandwiches at $7 each, got 1 and a cheap hamburger instead. Either the owner is uncaring or incompetent to run a business this way for so long. I fear what the kitchen looks like.
If you are an employee here, your lack of work ethics won't take you far in life.
This review is a bit salty. I feel it needed the flavor.
I have been a frequent customer of this Wendy’s location for many years, and I’ve always found it to be clean with generally good service. However, my recent experience on October 12, 2024, was extremely disappointing.
When I placed my order, I was asked for my name, which has never happened to me at this or any other Wendy’s. Having been a loyal customer of Wendy’s since the 1980s, I found this unusual. When I politely declined to provide my name, the cashier became visibly upset and told me I would not be able to place or receive my order without giving a name. She then stated she would just assign me a random name, to which I responded that doing so would not be appropriate.
After paying for my order and showing my military ID card, I was surprised to see that the cashier had not applied the military discount. When I questioned her about the discrepancy, a male staff member aggressively approached the counter, calling me names and telling me to leave the store. At that point, I no longer felt safe and requested a refund, explaining that I no longer trusted the staff to prepare my food. My request was ignored, and the male employee continued to verbally harass me, attempting to provoke an argument.
To avoid a confrontation, I exited the store and contacted the Harford County Sheriff’s Office. Upon the arrival of Sheriff K. Anderson, he was able to assist me in receiving my refund after a brief discussion.
This experience was disturbing, and I no longer feel comfortable dining at this Wendy’s. In today’s world, it is unfortunate that something as simple as declining to give a name for an order could lead to such hostility from staff. I also recently learned that this location is for sale, listed at $2.4 million. Good luck with that, considering the low sales and the way staff is driving away long-term customers.
I won’t be returning to this location.

I was in the drive thru at a really chaotic time (8pm) stacked drive thru. My order had one of the burgers messed up. I had to drive back and I brought the mistake with me. They quickly did a remake for me and fixed the issue. Thanks guys!
The only fast food place I've been to that ran out nuggets, burger patties, chicken patties and grilled chicken at the same time. If you try to go after 10pm good luck. I've sat in this line 2x for 45 min to be told everything was either unavailable or machines not working. Go a mile up the street into Edgewood that one's 200% better
Food always cold, never fresh they have went to shit in the last year nothing but kids used to be the best Wendy’s now I think I might start going to Joppa. Never make my food right
The lady at the window no complaints but my mom and I food was NOT fresh at all I believe breakfast is over at 1030 I ordered our food at 11am expecting to have a fresh food wasn’t hot at all asked for the nuggets to be well done/fried hard wasn’t well done at all I am pregnant and was expecting some good food but I guess it’s my fault for going back because this isn’t the first time this happened all I want is fresh food not something that looks like it was made the night before
Food could be a bit fresher! Burgers are warm fries are never served ???? looks like I will continue to travel a town away for freshness!
