Wendy’s why are you putting a small fry in a large container? They weren’t even hot. I need a refund.
1pm on a Friday afternoon. There are 3 employees in the restaurant "working". 8 people in line at the front register and nobody there. 2 of them were at the drive-thru and one was at the sandwich station. I ordered via mobile, so I was not too concerned about the line, however, it took 10 minutes to make my simple order (double stack biggie bag).
Since you can not add the keychain free frosty to a mobile order, I always get it when I pick my order up. The employee refused to give it to me and told me that I would have to wait in line behind the 10 people now in line so she could add it to the register. These 8 of the 10 now in line had been in line since I entered the store 10 m8nutes earlier.
I have no idea how this location can be rated the way it is with this kind of service.
I ordered two burgers and the meat tasted spoil!!! I mean disgusting!!!! I'm going to report this to corporate, The manager handed me my food, and Im sure she know that is old meat!!!! I took one bite and now my stomach is upset! If this gets any worse I will have to move forward. 11/15/25 between 02:10- 245pm
Waited my turn to order at the counter only to be told "I'll be right with you".
She never came back.
Waited 8 minutes before I realized I was the only white customer in the lobby.
Done with wendys.
My Door Dasher picked up my sealed bag order and it was incomplete. They left out my 86yr old mothers sandwich and we all had to eat in front of her and my dasher had to make a special trip back which she will not be paid for to bring it to me. Finally got it 1hr later than our orders. When I called Wendy's they said let me get the manager and in the back ground I hear him say "it's Door Dash order again. Guess they do this alot. Won't order from them again.
This has got to be the slowest Wendy's. I sat in the drive thru line for 22 minutes, 5 cars ahead of me before finally just driving away. Good bye lunch break.
So good best food i had in FOREVER wish u could have unlimited super good love it love everybody there and the best workers are there and best atmosphere
worst place, they only taking one order at a time in the drive thru at night time: employees playing in the back door just unprofessional. worst experience ever i want be returning here
