Came in at 1am, surprisingly got a nice fresh Dave's double and baconator fries. Dave's double was very good. Baconator fries could've been little better, felt slightly overcooked the fries i mean. But overall i was very satisfied with my visit.
Welp i tried to call yall to tell ya what happened. Phone was disconnected. So????????♀️
Went thru the drive thru on 6.12.24/2:15pm-ish @exit 318 in Calhoun, GA.
Order Cobb Salad and Baked Potato
Salad looked good. Opened my Baked Potato and there was a HUGE bug in it. See pic. Unacceptable.
This is a Wendy's inside the Pilot truck stop. This place is NASTY! There is no leadership right now. If there was the counter would not have chocolate frosty dripping all over the counter. As well as having a person working the counter! As I stood for 2 minutes giving the chance that shift change might be happing. Then a young lady looked right at me, then ducked back into the drive thru. I presume so as not have to serve me.
I placed 2 orders. One for dine in, one to go. So what do they do pack my to go order on top of my dine in order. Why? I'm thinking because it was easier than grabbing another bag. Well I guess this is what Wendy's has come to accept. So sad!
During the day this location is fine and I never have any bad experiences. Anytime at night something in the order is wrong, or the employees sit there and laugh while you’re waiting for your food. I think it’s staff/shift related but I wouldn’t recommend coming during nighttime.
Had the cops call out on me while I was sleeping for a power pole that was no longer in use...lines had been cut meter removed ...but it was worth having the cops called out
I eat at this Wendy's at least 1 time per week. Food is always fresh and hot. Order is always correct. People always friendly. Great job!
Frosty's are a dollar, that's why I went. Glad I didn't expect more. Cold brew coffee was warm. No spoons. No napkins.
We visited here to pick-up some lunch for the kids before we had to rush back off to church for some meetings. Very first thing ended up waiting around 5 minutes before anyone even came to take my order. The fella that came to take my order didn't say hey, hi or anything just came up and stood looking around and finally looked at me and still didn't say a word. I told him our order and at the conclusion of the ordering where they would ask your name...didn't say a word, just put a C in.
I got the order and it looked like everything was just literally tossed in the bag from the other side of the room. Looking at the bag, the fries were burnt. When I say burnt, I don't mean over done just a bit. Half of the fries in the biggie bag fries were solid brown and hard as a rock. One of the ice machines never work so you always have to go to the other one.
I used to go through the drive-thru (every so often, prefer to go inside since there's usually less issues) instead of coming in, but that stopped when my credit card information had gotten stolen from there (going through the drive-thru) and someone tried to order stuff online with it. Which I reported to the manager and corporate office to investigate and get back to me. Neither happened.
