This Wendy’s is terrible ordered a baconator was less then one piece of bacon and since when is it a single burger Also bathrooms didn’t have soap in them how’s the employees suppose to was there hands
We just ordered 4 combo meals through drive thru. They forgot a burger, had to honk to get their attention to tell them. Fries are burnt, I'm talking a third of them black! The rest are super hard.
Customer service was total crap!!! No hi or welcome when answering speaker. And my hardly said a word at the window. Handed the missing burger to us, no apologies what so ever. No thank you, have a good night or anything of the sort!!!
I will also say that it seems to be the same experience at most of the fast food restaurants these days!!! I have over 35 years in the industry. I would have been fired or at least wrote up if I had ever gave this kind of service!!! My only advice is do better and be better!!! Your business depends on it!!!
Went through drive thru. Friendly staff. Got home with food and had ordered Baconator burger. Got some small bacon cheeseburger. See photo. Not worth the $11.00 combo price. Not the first time location at 3500 S Meridian has got order wrong. Would recommend you go somewhere else.
We ordered in the app. My husband picked it up. When he got home we found out they did not give us my husband’s sandwich and the baked potato. He went back and picked those up. My salad was awful!! It had a bunch of bad lettuce in it! We do not want to go back to that Wendy’s. We should not have to make a second trip so all I could do was pick at the salad! I’m done with this Wendy’s on Meridian in Wichita,Kansas. So frustrated and disappointing. I seen the bad lettuce before opening it, so they should have seen it! Well whatever, they just lost customers.
This place gets so busy with all the activities at the YMCA. They were packed full last night and the crew did such a great job getting everyone thru. Hard to get good help anymore. Kudos !
There is a sharp difference in the experience at this Wendy's vs the Seneca location - had actually been at the other one but it was taking so long to even be greeted that we drove over here - MUCH BETTER - everything from the outside appearance to the friendly tone of voice was excellent - felt good when we left
We ordered 3 Jr bacon cheese sandwiches that come with tomato lettuce mayo & bacon we all had huge globs of mayo & raw onion (yuck) no bacon on one of the sandwiches. Is someone in the back high or something? There was a lady working there that kept calling customers honey repeatedly. It’s not the 50’s anymore.
Paid in the app, cashier said i had a balance so I paid again in cash and you still charged my debit card. Big corporations don't need to steal.
