This location has had more issues than any Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in literally 30 years. Either food is uncooked or has things are on it that you don’t want and most management is unprofessional. This morning I wasted $7.23 of my money and went to work hungry. I asked for sausage croissant without cheese and it’s even on my receipt then they smother it in cheese and the potatoes were undercooked and half frozen and col. save yourself the frustration and go to a different location

If you’re looking for a job I would not recommend this place, I applied and went as far as setting up an Interview. When I went in for my interview I told the lady what I was there for and she had a horrible attitude and told me to wait in the lobby for her so I did. I waited about 30 minutes until I went to the counter to ask again but this time it was a guy employee and he told me that she said they aren’t hiring anymore. So what baffles me is their website has availability when they’re not hiring and then this girl proceeded to let me sit there for a half hour instead of telling me that they weren’t hiring, so unprofessional on her part and an awful environment to be around. Don’t waste your time trying to get a job here because there’s a high chance the same thing will happen to you, such a waste of time.
This is the worst. I have had so many problems with this place from me ordering food and waiting and then it being wrong and when I say something the tell me that I didn't order it right then. I show my recipe that I did order it right they get mad at me and are like well that's not what we see you need to leave and I don't get the right food and don't get my money back. I have been in food service for over 15 years I understand shit happen but they need respect for people that are paying for their food. But today was the last straw I was driving for door dash this morning and went to pick up a order and first their doors again were not open so I went through the drive through and gave the name and showed my order the person at the window starting yelling at me that she gave it out 10 mins and I was just trying to steal food. I said no I am here to pick up the order I then confirmed with the person that they had not yet received their food so I need it remade for this order. The person said they were not going to do it and I was wrong. I asked for the manger and when they came over they told me that they don't care and that I had to leave or they would call the cops. I told them I was told that this order was replaced because the person didn't get their food and reordered again the order and that I needed to pick it up. They just kept telling me to leave or they would call the cops and so I finally left because they are not worth this but I'm over this Wendy's. They can't make my food right when I order or when I pick up for someone else. I'm beyond pissed.
Great place to go eat! The food is fresh and flavorful, and they keep it clean and stocked up with everything you need. The soda machines are pretty cool. Definitely recommend dining in.
This location has HORRIBLE customer service. They're rude, always have been.
They also will charge $ 0.70 for extra sauce, but will not fill it up. Even after being asked to fill it up all the way. If I'm paying for something, I expect to receive it.
I have social anxiety, and sometimes get nervous and don't speak up in about certain things. When Mike, the manager, walked by and asked me how everything was, I replied that it was okay. He then asked if something was wrong, and I let him know the frie portion seemed a little low for the size. I received my new order of fries during that time. From that small experience, I could tell that there were genuine feelings , and I really appreciate that. It's great to have managers like Mike and want employees who can bring some of the same atmosphere as well, as they make me want to come back. I'll keep Mike around in the future guys.lol
This place is absolutely trash, my salad was nasty and the burgers was disgusting. The tomatoes in my salad was soggy and lettuce was brown. I had to drive back through the drive thru because they forgot to give me my salad. My fries was soggy and nuggets was old. I had three burgers and only one of them was decent. The rest was hard and thrown together. Two of my drinks didn't have no ice and the store was disgusting.
