Went through the drive-through tonight to get food. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-through. All to get served the most absolutely nastiest food I’ve ever got given. The burger was raw, and the fries were so soggy as if they literally were literally dipped in water.
Apparently the manager couldn't hear us saying we wanted 3 biggie meals so they charged us again. The food was cold as well but the young lady at the window was pleasant. I hate when restaurants act like they can't hear your order and get mad at you. We were not wanting free food at all people just what we ordered ????????????????
I have been here a couple of times over the past few months. They never have baked potatoes. I think the staff should realize that even with the drive through window closed, you can hear the inappropriate conversations.
This Wendy's is the epitome of poor service, cold food, and mismanagement. Anyone who would give this place more than 2 stars may have momentary lapse of reasoning. I can't explain how pathetic this visit really was. Don't get me wrong. I love eating at Wendy's. I just don't like this Wendy's period. I go to the Oxford Wendy's where I have never had nothing but good cooked hot food. Great quick service
Went through drive through everything was okay then I asked the girl with red hair for a drink carrier due to having multiple large pops then she rolls her eyes and closes the window. Gives me drink carrier and I go to say thank you and she slams window. Super disrespectful she’s gotta go.
As soon as we pulled up to the window,.our food was thrown at us pretty much and never received our drinks, so we sat there waiting for the lady to open the window so we could ask where our drinks were and had to wait another 5 min because they tried to argue that our meals didn't come with drinks, we spent $32 for 2 meals and 1 frosty and it definitely wasnt even close to being acceptable for the price, last time i will ever go to that wendys
I haven't usually ever had bad service from here but recently they've been missing items. I'm now having to double check before pulling off(I don't even order a huge amount). I was at the drive through tonight, August 2nd the middle aged white lady with brown hair sighed loudly into the mic and said what's your order. I responded that I had a mobile order. Pulled through to the 2nd window. Coworkers were cussing each other out over orders including the lady taking orders. Once I received my items they were missing parts of my order I told them they were. The lady said, these customers are always missing f'ing something, I swear". The one younger red headed guy apologized and handed me my food. This is the 2nd time within a few weeks they've missed items and I've been given attitude. I understand yalls job is tough but don't be rude to people who are just there to order food. You don't know what ot how that person's day was.
Great service at this location. I tried the chicken ranch wrap and was impressed at it's size (very filing) but there were a few caveats. It wasn't the best quality chicken, it was peppered (a problem for those of us who can't eat black pepper), and it wasn't hot. Just warm so the cheese wasn't melted. Beyond that, the price was a little high. Total price with a small Frosty was $10.
