I ordered two bacon egg cheese sandwiches and they only gave me two biscuits. Don’t ever go to this place! Plus they’re small as pennies. They look like they were frozen and rushed out the microwave.

I should’ve kept driving. Everything cold, dry, and DISGUSTING. I ordered a crispy chicken BLT. I don’t know what this trash is. Where is BLT? Just ghetto and nasty. I’ll never go back.
Our food wasn’t even edible….They burned all of the nuggets and then threw in three random spicy ones. This was after we waited for quite a while. Very disappointing.
Do not visit this Wendy’s. A clear glove was found in the bag with my food. Called to speak to an employee that claimed she was a manager. She said it was a prank and they received pranks all the time. Offered to show pictures and she said there was no way to do that. Asked for a refund and she said that she wasn’t sure if she could provide a refund. Never will be eating here again. I would suggest that you visit another Wendy’s location and not this location. Very unprofessional!
I ordered two double stack Jr biggie bags when I made it home the nuggets were hard dried out and the skin was detached. I called the restaurant the employee said the nuggets came in on the truck thawed and they were refrozen and thawed again and that's the reason they looked that way she offered me a six-piece spicy nugget on my next visit. I visited the Wendy's restaurant a couple of days later when I was in the area I gave my name and explain that I had two spicy six piece nuggets I was asked to come inside the Wendy's restaurant when I entered I was asked by the employee why didn't I come back that same day I said because I wasn't in the area she said there's nothing I can do for you that's your loss goodbye. SHE IS THE DEFINITION OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ????
Employees are extremely lazy. They don’t even make the frostys right that you are PAYING FOR. God forbid you ask them to redo it cause then it turns to fight night. They put the syrup for the sponge meal at the bottom of the cup instead of how they were supposed to make it. They have a serious attitude problem and never give the receipt. If you don’t use the app check your food it may be wrong or over charged.
Order is incorrect and cold when I asked for my spicy chicken to be made fresh. I attempted to ask for ketchup while at the window and the lady just slammed the window. After waiting another 10 min another lady finally came out with the food and couldn’t even ask for ketchup before she had turned and walked back in. They are literally just an assembly line and don’t care about quality of the food they serve or hearing anything after they’ve taken your money.
Absolute garbage. Staff don’t care. Waited in line for 35 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. If I thought any other fast food spots on Dickerson were better I’d have gone there. Haha.
** update ** decided to try again. Literally the same experience. Staff are indifferent and too busy looking at their phones and chatting to pay attention to the customers.
**. Also. Gave my wife a sweet tea when we ordered an UNsweet tea. I had her check it because I knew they’d mess up something. Didn’t give us straws so she opened the lid and took a sip. When they changed it out they dumped her tea and with the same cup she just drank out of used it to scoop up more ice to put the correct drink in it. So gross. They need shut down. This is just what I saw God knows what else is going on.
