I always go here & never had to much problems, till now. First of all went thru the drive thru & gave me the wrong order.
Ok, no big deal, things happen. Then went back to get my chicken wrap. Took it home to eat it. Took a bite & felt something hard, spit it out & it was a piece of plastic. Thank goodness I didn't swallow it. How in the heck did the manage to get plastic in the chicken wrap. This will be my last time here.
Sunday 11/03/25. the woman taking our order had reddish brown hair and constantly interrupted us to talk to her coworkers and friends. we had to repeat our orders a couple of times. not very friendly and bad costumer service.
The food is amazing, service is kind of slow and sometimes they give the wrong order, or they forget something and, the workers and atmosphere are so nice! They have really good options, and they have really good frostys and even have limited edition flavors which are really good! Their drive thru is most of the time fast and they are super nice when you ask them a simple question. I love this Wendys!
We were greeted at the drive through window by a middle age man who thought it was appropriate to be a trump cheerleader. That was neither solicited or welcome by this customer. I will not be coming back to this place unless it becomes a place welcoming to all voters not just trump voters.
Burger was raw not once but twice and when I showed them the first time they just took it with no reaction no sorry nothing. Acted like it’s the 5th time they done it. Manager said she has a new guy cooking the burgers which is not very smart or manager like at all lol
I hardly ever write reviews. This place is Junk. Waited 30mins at the front of the line inside and they never took my order but sent 2 people to break right in front of me and pretty much ignored me . Horrible service and rude kids working the front.
Hit and miss today. I wanted a place to chill for a bit and since there was some sort of event in downtown Harrison, Wendy's was my target. Easy parking and the young lady at the counter took my order and it was correct.
Nuggets were hot. Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe didn't have any cheese. No ketchup in either dispenser at the counter, so I let the young lady know. They did have a few ketchup packets remaining.
The dining room was decently clean with one table that needed attention and some food on the floor by another. A half hour later, the ketchup was still empty.
They do have wifi here but no power outlets. More of that same inconsistency Wendy's has been lately.
I ordered a double cheese hamburger with onions tomatoes mustard ketchup and I got just a hamburger with cheese tomato onion but no ketchup or Mustard. For my husband. He's always have problems with Wendy's always putting pickles when he's asked specifically no pickles.
