How do you give a proper review when you barely get what you ordered? I usually praise Wendy’s for their service, quality of food, but this is ridiculous!! This salad was $12… Why do I have crackers and not tortilla chips? Thank you for the original side salad that used to cost under $2
I tried to go in and order, but found the main door was locked, then I tried the door on the other side, but it was also locked. It's 5pm on Sunday. Okay, I won't go in through the door. I ordered from the drive-thru. The clerk at the pick-up window ignored me. I knocked on her window, but she impatiently told me to go away. After I waited for a long time, she finally opened the window and asked me which meal I ordered. She also laughed at my poor English. I will never come again. Nasty service
The two Chilis that I ordered are awful! It tasted burnt. I brought them back. You should be ashamed serving people this!

I recently went to Wendy's, and the experience was downright infuriating. The ladies working there were incredibly rude and incompetent. My order took forever, and they were acting crazy the whole time.
When I asked for a cup of water, they gave me a tiny child's cup. I'm a grown adult who pays bills, and I deserve better than that disrespectful nonsense. To make things worse, they acted annoyed when I made the request.
They served my drink before my food, so by the time I got my meal, the ice had melted and the drink was watered down. How hard is it to get that right?
Then, when I questioned some charges, I was told I had to pay extra for something that should have been included. Talk about stingy!
Wendy's, you need to get it together. Your service is a joke, and the way you treat customers is unacceptable.
employees acted as if they weren't on the clock to work, no-one came to the intercom to take my drive through order. I drive to the window and they’re all talking and laughing. I call to see if there open a hesitated “yes” was the answer to my question. I drive back to the drive through because other cars were there… still no answer for myself nor the other cars. Everyone went to the window and still NO HELP.
Expect a 45 minute drive-thru line with only 1-2 cars ahead of you. On a different occasion, I placed a mobile order only to find out the store has closed on a random afternoon without anything saying so on their sign. Either needs new management or to be shut down.
Rude l. Terrible customer service. You would think working the morning wouldn’t be too bad but they just had the nastiest attitude. No hi welcome how are you or anything just a dirty look and then you just stand there staring at me . Get it together
This Wendy's location should really be looked into by corporate. Friends of staff hang out in the parking lot, most employees are rude, if you can even find them. Food is overpriced for what you get and mediocre at best. All of this is unfortunate, because we love dropping by Wendy's for a quick bite in other towns. Definitely go elsewhere if you want a burger.... this location just isn't worth it.
