Best WLM Reviews
They could at least put a sign on the door to let people know there lobby is closed, before a single person unloads 3 babies and struggles to get to the door just to find them all locked. Went thru the drive thru afterwards and food was so old and cold we couldn't even eat it. Nuggets so hard and cold you could break a tooth. Threw it all away. Won't return to this location ever again. Obviously why this location is fading. Upper management or corporate should take a hard look at what the problem is here. Sad.
This is a Wendy’s you don’t see everyday. A 90s style Wendy’s with the solarium. Definitely a cool find! The service was good, however the restaurant was a bit dirty inside.
Slower than any other place around.
Often wait upwards of 10 minutes before even being greeted. Employees are very monotone and the way that they talk to people and don’t seem very friendly.
The food is OK at best. Don’t ever expect straws or napkins… or even your full order.
Sat behind another car for at least five minutes, she never had the chance to order so I just pulled away. The store is open, there are absolutely zero orders at the moment, absolutely zero other customers other than us two in the parking lot.
Go to the one down the street, still not great but it’s better than this one
Very slow. The guy was filling orders before taking the next one. We waited 15 mins to get our order taken then about 10 mins to get it filled. Thank goodness we weren't in a hurry. The soap dispenser wasn't working in the women's restroom.
Didnt get over half the items that were ordered from Doordash. Dasher called and said we would not be receiving our Frosty's that we ordered, and since he was on speaker, we were able to hear them say they would not be refunding us. Even though they were the ones not sending it? When the order was delivered over half of the food was missing, so obviously the employees just did not care about fulfilling our other. Hopefully Wendy's loses these employees paychecks since their values include wasting people's hard earned money.
Sitting in the drive-thru at the intercom forever, decide to go inside, then stand at the counter waiting forever.... Told by a very rude employee that "We ain't got no fries. "
We try to order different items, only for this guy to, and I kid you not, ask us if we can leave the lobby to go order at the drive-thru ????????
This location has always been awful, but this right here....this seals the deal. Just shut it down.
Absolutely terrible, drive thru line 20+ min wait. Always out of food and days later still out of the same food. If corporate won't get involved then I'll contact them. What's the point in this Wendys even operating if it's like this?
I get the biscuits and gravy which tastes really good, but the type of biscuits that they use soak up the gravy so fast and it dries out the bread so fast that you need twice the amount of gravy. The service has always been great. I go through the drive-thru so I cannot comment on atmosphere.
