Went here for breakfast. The restaurant was clean, as well as the bathrooms. My order was placed on the kiosk, didn't take long to get my order. I ordered the baconator breakfast meal potato wedges, baconator was hot & fresh. My food was so good I wanted another baconator but didn't. The staff was friendly upon entering & exiting the Restaurant.
Went to get my family dinner and honestly the service has went down a lot. The female manager on duty this evening used to be so nice but one day, for some unknown reason, she seems to have a problem with my family. Her whole demeanor has changed towards us. Anyways, I ordered 4 double stack biggie bag meals, large size, with two fruit punch power aids, a coke and a Dave’s orange cream, with 4 other double stacks. I order this all the time, but this time she waits until after I am all done ordering and says “sorry we have to limit the meat we are serving so we can only complete half your order.” I have money but you won’t sell me food, even though you have it. I will not be back, as I’m sure was her goal. If there is an owner reading this, I know good help is hard to find as a fellow owner- god do I know- but she’s got to go. I wonder how many other people she makes feel unwelcome at your restaurant.
The food is good but kind of expensive. Not sure but the double Stacks seem a lot smaller than they used to be. But the Baconator was great
Kind employees made our large drive up quickly and accurately. Food was great!
Came here for a frosty and ended up getting the saucy nuggs. Not bad. Just nuggets with sauce on them. But great for late night munchies
Was a little busy a very short wait but its okay I understand that places get busy because I also work in the food industry. My boyfriend and I ordered the 2 for $5 I got a grilled chicken sandwich and he got a spicy chicken sandwich, large fry and large drink as well as a chocolate frosty and sugar cookie, food was tasty as always!!???? The service was friendly and I like always am pleased with my order and will be going back!!
I waited in line for 10 minutes with my wife and my son they were all laughing and giggling and walking around they weren't busy there were no customers to speak of in the store the drive-thru was not busy when I finally ordered to get my food for the three of us the french fries were cold the items ordered with each hamburger we're incorrectly prepared and one of the main reasons we all went was for the orange cream Frosty which was supposed to taste like a dreamsicle and it did not it was smoothie ice cream with a hint of orange in it. Totally dissatisfied we will not return
There was too much ketchup and mustard on the burger which made it sloppy I couldn't eat it very well. You just need to go light on the condiments.
