I never in my life received a burger like this.! Never again my whole meal was trash $30 went into the trash smh this 1 star was generous
I live up the street so I’ve been here a few times and they have never once gotten my order right. I check to make sure my items are in the bag every time. And when I open up my order at home I find out they messed up my order in a new way. Not enough nuggets. No cheese on the burger. Food cold or not edible
I work across the street at TJ Maxx and I really can say that whenever I go on my lunch break it’s very pleasing to know that there’s good staff the Early Morning staff is my favorite today. The time is 10:50 on a Friday. I really appreciate the service I got today thank you so much to everyone. Please acknowledge these people behind this counter because it takes a lot to have good customer service and I appreciate them very much. Thank you keep up the good work.
Was mold on the bottom of burger bun. There’s something wrong with their soda machine, it’s tastes weird every time I get a drink from this location. It tastes like seltzer water or something. I would avoid this one and instead go to the one on 69th street instead or the one on chestnut.
I got a Fish sandwich here. It was so thin and dry. Tasted like it was there a week. Never again. I wonderered why there's never a long line there at the drive-thru. Now I know.
Whoever worked last nite dinner shift he was a man in his 30-40s black male, was AMAZING!???? i just wanted to give him credit where it was due. I wish i had his name, my son was very upset the first spoungebob meal we got from this location didn’t come with anything! we told him about it and he hooked him up with stickers and just has a very nice attitude. Wish more people like this were in the world. You literally made my 6 yr olds nite! Thank you again
Very disappointed in this location. I watched cashier in drive thru take a picture of my debit card on June 27, 2024 around 2pm. She knows who she is. Had to park in lot to download my bank app to freeze my card before she tries to use it. Cashier's should not be slowed to have their phones pit while handling firms of payment. Now I'm passed because I have to get a new card and change all my automatic payments cause of a dishonest employee. When I came back because they I was missing a chilli, the manager who always has an attitude comes to the window along with her attitude as if I'm the problem.i will definitely escalate both issues
We ordered take out and had to get out order redone by the manager because the worker did not listen to what was ordered
