I was a happy we had one closer to us. We came back today, to be disappointed with how the dining room looked. Not only was there about 8-9 employees in the kitchen with one cashier. The dining room needed more than just a sweep and a wipe down of the table. The trash cans were full to the top, ice was overflowing from the soda dispenser. Water spilled on the floor thankfully they had put out a wet floor sign. Yes the location had a pungent smell. There were tray on tables trash underneath tables. I understand some fault is in customers the ones that don’t pick up after themselves. But I expected a similar experience or the same experience we had when we first came in. Please help this location be up to par with how a consumer/ loyal customer of Wendy’s should look like and smell like. Thank you.
Make sure if you come here use the drive thru. 6 employees and not one acknowledgement but then when we use the drive thru were in n out. Stood in the dining room for 7 min at the register.
Food was pretty good. I had a Baconator, fries and drink. Kids got the Krabby Patty meal. About that; nothing special about the burger. The only difference in any way about the entire meal deal is the pineapple frosty; which was mid. The classic chocolate is much better, imo.
The service was good. And food was ready fast.
Inside the restaurant, there was a lot of tables and seats open, unfortunately tables were all dirty with crumbs or trash on each one. I ended up just wiping the table down myself. The other thing - not about the restaurant specifically, cause I know it’s not their fault - but the atmosphere at the location is pretty sketchy. In the short time I was there, I encountered a shady looking guy (appeared to be homeless) and he was begging me for money. Then across the parking lot (near the large water pipes) there was another guy with his shirt off, lots of tattoos (who also appeared to be homeless; and maybe even higher than a kite on drugs); because this dude was kicking a trash bag near him, throwing punches in the air, appeared as if he was talking to himself, and just a general upset appearance. Don’t know if Wendy’s can do anything regarding any of that; but just putting it out there for peoples situational awareness that these things exist at this location of Wendy’s.
But anyways, food and service was good. This visit was a 3 for cleanliness and the homeless bro’s ruining the overall atmosphere, safety and security of the dining experience.
I would eat here again, but maybe take it to go instead.
This is my one stop to eat when I don't want to cook. Food is always fresh. Customer service is great, and the restaurant is always clean.i do recommend that you either eat there orbisit the drive-thru. Enjoy!
Went last night after work. Thought I was going to enjoy a nice meal apparently not. The frys were cold and soggy. My salad was old and I keep finding old veggies in it. And I got a large chili and it was missing a good amount. To be honest to only good thing from my meal was my lemonade. Extremely disappointed and a waste of my money.
Esteban needs a raise, recognition, and praise for his outstanding service. He was so polite to apologize for the wait on our big order and when he brought it out to us, he waited for us to make sure we had everything. This is the kind of guy that doesn't care what his position is, he's going to make sure he does it well. I hope he sees this review and is proud of himself! We need more folks like him!
Fast,friendly and burgers just like you'd expect at The Wendys drive through and restaurant located in in Perris,California.
Ordered one of Dave's famous cheeseburgers and a drink and was not dissapointed!The servers were courteous which added to the great experience!

Do not order from the Wendy’s in Perris. I’ve ordered delivery multiple times. My food has come incorrect on more than one occasion. I left a review with Wendy’s directly. They reached out and said they wanted to make it right. However that was months ago. I’ve reached out again. Clearly this Wendy’s does not care about correcting mistakes.
