I had outpatient surgery and hadn’t eaten since 8 pm the night before so the single and Dr. pepper I got at 4:30 was about the best thing I had eaten in ages! The bun was soft, the burger was cooked thoroughly but was hot and juicy, the toppings were fresh. I was very happy to get it. The restaurant is conveniently located next to the hospital.
Ordered a bacontor meal. Burger and fries were basically cold. Not to mention my baconator didn’t have any bacon on it…. They even had me pull forward and wait by the door for my meal like they had to make it fresh
Ordered a 6 piece spicy nugget, I got a 5 piece with 3 regular nuggets (fresher) and 2 spicy (old and rubbery). Drive through service was fast but the only communication was order taking and repeating my total at the window. No hello thank you or repeating of my order before running my card.
Handed food out the window without even looking at me. I said thank you and got no response. Bag is super greasy. Disappointed people can own and run restaurants like this with no backlash. More disappointing that it’s in a busy area and they could really do better if they actually took care of the restaurant and got respectful staff.
Love this Wendy's, the fastest in Winston-Salem. They are always nice and courteous when I stop by in the early morning breakfast hours. They are super fast, so I dnt have to worry about being late. And they ladies are beautiful in spirit and appearance.
I went to this wendys to try it out because the one on Peter's creeks suckss!! This is definitely better I would've gave a 5 star rating all around BUT I had a buy one get one coupon so I ordered one spicy chicken sandwich and a 10pc nugget and a medium fry. The chicken nuggets were GREAT and the fries were GREAT very fresh and hot. The spicy chicken sandwich was HORRIBLE it wasn't cooked all the way the outside looked done but when I took a bite I about threw up it had that not done texture. I will be going back at some point and next time I'll be asking that my chicken cook longer.

The food was great. The service was friendly and reasonably fast, but the counter didn't give me a cup for my drink. So, I had nothing to drink while waiting for my meal. I couldn't fully enjoy my meal fully because the music was way too loud.
Music in a restaurant should be "in the background," so guests can have conversations without yelling over the music.
Ordered late night delivery, store didnt close for 45 minutes and hadnt shut down online orders. Uber eats driver arrived and waited 20 minutes to pick up the food before they finally told her they were out of literally everything to make even the simplest items on the menu- buns, cheese, burger patties, ect. We then had to wait nearly ten minutes for it to be past 1am so that we could cancel the order without being charged nearly $50 for food we would never be getting. It really, really sucked. Why didn't the staff cancel the order, or close the online deliveries? Why didn't they tell the driver when she arrived that they would not be able to fulfil my order, and instead made her wait until just before they closed to inform her? Listen, I understand the frustrations of a late night order, unfortunately my meat for dinner was still frozen and I couldnt cook anything tonight. It's not far too late to order elsewhere, so I'm just gonna go to bed and wait until the morning to go get some food. I also used to be a consistent Wendy's customer- at this exact location- and was just trying it out again after the myriad of badly made orders that previous made me not want to eat from here. Y'all need to get it together.
