I swear this Wendy’s always closes and never says anything? I see somebody else posted 30 minutes ago with the same experience that they were closed. I was there around 2:30 PM and sat at the drive-through and nobody greeted me for about five minutes finally a car pulled in behind me so I yelled hello and then was told. I’m sorry we’re closed. There was no explanation at all. However, when passing by it looked like they had a few people inside. if you were going to close, at least put a sign out on the drive-through in on the doors so customers know.
When they are open, they have the rudest employees ever. They either barely say hello to you or are the slowest drive-through. Not the mention they do not seem to have a good personal hygiene or an appearance.
The person at the drive thru window tonight sucked. Didn't say one word to me just handed me my food and didn't even say if it was my whole order. She didn't even open the window til my food was ready. Which to me is not how they are supposed to do it. You open the window to greet the customer then let them know the order will be right out......If you don't like your job then find another one.
Previous employee attesting that
1. the system is only down 2% of the time they say it is down. The general manager doesn't want to deal with it.
2. 1 out of 11 employees wear gloves
3. They serve old food or food from floor/trash
4. They run out something every single day
5. There's a McDonald's up the road and another Wendy's about 7 minutes away. Go there ????
Freaking ridiculous this is their best chicken sandwhich.....what a joke!!!! Bun was stale i threw it out as well as the chicken
Wendys in Enola.....
Went thru drive thru, we live less than one mile away. Got home my #2 bacon burger was cold , wife's #6 spicy chicken was RAW in center.
Now I remember why we don't buy fast food very often.

I’ve gotten delivery from here a couple of times this week due to dealing with a sick family member in the morning and not having time to make myself breakfast. Somebody here thinks it’s really funny to exclude an ingredient from their breakfast sandwiches when you get them. This time they thought it would be funny to not include the bread and I got all of the ingredients in loose containers.
I don’t think I need to say whether or not I’m ordering from here again. Save yourself a headache and order from literally anywhere else you can. There’s a McDonald’s right down the street from them that actually has standards.
Sarah was pleasant and helpful in us making decisions on what we wanted. Very patient as well.
Roberto showed us a random act of kindness. You never know the blessings that will come from that. We hope he throws the ball back.
asked for a large sweet tea they gave us the large cup so we could go fill it up, sounds good right? wrong, the container said sweet tea but it was filled with unsweetened tea, so they let us get a free new one from the second dispenser which would probably be sweet tea since the other dispenser wasent sweet tea but it was clogged, so a worker went to the back and said they would give us a sweet tea and came back with a unsweetened tea.
