Awful service!!! We ordered the new Krabby Patty meal, but was right away informed that the FROSTY machine wasn’t working. I asked if I can still get the meal with a soda, and they said yes, but they didn’t mention it was going to be a small soda. Got the meal in a regular Wendy’s brown bag, and what looks like a kid’s meal. I asked if this was the Krabby Patty meal, and they said yes. I asked if it was suppose to come in a box, and they gave me the dirtiest look and said,” that’s the meal…it doesn’t come in a box.” Was just asking a simple question because what’s the difference between a Krabby Patty meal, and a regular hamburger meal??? I wasted $13 on this!!! I’ll be trying a different Wendy’s to see if I get the same thing or something different, and maybe better service.
Absolutely love Wendy's breakfast! Seasoned potatoes and those buttery and flaky biscuits!!! When I drive around the Bay or East bay, i always look for a Wendy's first for breakfast or lunch. McDonalds has absolutely terrible tasteless food, its for kids. Wendy's is for adults!
Since the remodel the interior is very pleasant and clean. It’s almost too nice for a Wendy’s. The food is typical. The staff gets overwhelmed during the lunch rush, so allow extra 10m or so to get your order.
Check the app for ridiculously good deals.
Had an issue with the Wendy’s app as it kind of sucks usually but is actually worth it when it does work. Nonetheless, girl in drive through and manager were really proactive and eventually didn’t even mind the issue but instead gave me my hamburger reward for free since scanner wouldn’t take the code which was really nice and customer first oriented. Definitely would come back here based on that service and really helpful treatment from all their staff!
This is probably the slowest drive thru I have been. Took almost 30 mins for me to get in and out of the drive thru. And I was just the 3rd car from the kiosk.
Also the employee taking my order kept messing it up and I had to correct him multiple times. Thats probably the reason the drive thru was super slow.
The food I got was substandard. The fries didnt seem fresh and the burger was just packed poorly.
This place just served my son a hamburger that was not cooked all the way ong I hope he don’t get food poisoning this is crazy
This location needs some serious corporate oversight because 1 car making it through the drive thru every 5 minutes is totally unacceptable, especially when they STILL somehow manage to mess up your order. During my last visit here, my husband and I placed an order for drive thru pickup through the app and we literally, without exaggeration, spent about 30 minutes waiting to get our food and there were only 5 cars ahead of us. We ate in our vehicle in the parking lot and I saw that they did not include the Boo Book we purchased and when I went into the restaurant to go get one the manager girl that was there kept having the boy working the register come and ask me questions as if I was trying to get something for free and that was highly offensive since those books cost $1 and my receipt clearly showed that I had just dropped $40 on food in the same order.
The food is ok, where else can you get a baked potato from a fast-food restaurant? But the staff is so disorganized. During my visit on 7/10/2024, the trainee at the drive-through took my order incorrectly, providing only one hamburger instead of the two I had requested. While I understand that we all start somewhere, I encountered another issue when I ordered the second hamburger at the window, and paid for it, only to receive the one originally ordered hamburger at double the price. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact the restaurant went unanswered.
