Food was fresh and tasty. The employees were extremely polite and helpful also. Definitely one of the better staffed Wendys in the area ????
Dine in at Wendy's in Mt. Sterling just remember Door Dash orders come before your order. They will hold up the line to do Door Dash. I was there 21 minutes to order and did not walk out like many others and watched the Door Dash orders pile up and no one picked them up while they were losing paying customers all the time. Sorry service.
The drive-thru is usually pretty quick, even when it's full up. Though I'm not familiar with the dine-in experience at this location.
Very clean. Staff was pleasant, Kimberly smiled and chit chatted with us. Nuggets had an off taste, most likely due to molder oil in the dryer.
I think the crabby patty meal is a bit of a sham. There's nothing special about it or the boxing of the meal. Not even a SpongeBob sticker. The pineapple drink is a half melted frosty with pineapple syrup. Is it a gimmick to get kids to try a hamburger?
We ordered the family size chicken nuggets. The outside box was so greasy that it stained my shorts. The grease will not come out. The lady at the drive thru was definitely cracked out of her mind. We knew better than to go to a fast food restaurant in Lexington.
We frequent this location pretty regularly, sometimes a couple of times a month and sometimes several times a week during times our family is really busy, so you could say we're "regulars." I just want to shout out that Steven/Stephen always goes above and beyond in customer service, he's always beyond friendly and professional, remembers details of our regular order, and is just an all around good dude.
He's a team lead or manager and I'm not sure his official position, but he's frequently at the window overseeing orders- he's a phenomenal person and a great representative for Wendy's and I could see him go far in this company, or honestly anywhere he decides to work in the future.
The food is always good but it does take a little while to order and get it.
