disgusting place, they pluck their hair out and place it in the middle of ur burger for u to eat unknowingly. this was placed on uber eats never been inside before, so theres no previous malice. they will do this to anyone. someone needs to be fired whoever worked this shift tonight because this was weirdly placed and mushed into the sauce.
ordered on uber eats, took a picture sent to my friends ate it, friend pointed out hair in my food. was in the dark so i did not notice. im now very ill, puking nonstop stay away from this location they hide hairs in ur food. november 6th food delivered at 7:14pm
When I ordered I requested my order be made fresh. I waited in line 23 minutes for my food and only had 2 cars in front of me. Manager handed me my food and I mentioned to him I was not satisfied with the temperature of my food especially after asking for it to be fresh. Manager argued me down about when they dropped the nuggets and said they dropped them right after I placed my order (at this point my order was placed around 15 mins ago) manager continued to go back and forth insisting the food I just tasted wasn't cold. Finally he told me to pull forward and wait for them to remake it. I waited about 8 mins for my replacement meal. The manager brought my food out and forcibly gave me my food he then says check to see if it's hot so we don't have anymore problems. I checked temperature and said it was hot. Further inspecting food. I found a hair cooked into my chicken nugget.
I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes with only 3 people in front of me before it was my turn to order. When I finally got to order, I had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes. Fast food my ass. The staff needs some shuffling
The most fresh sandwich I've ever had. The bread was oh so fresh and the meat was so tender and juicy. Oh my God I'm in love lol. I absolutely enjoy coming to this Wendy's! The drive-through is always on point, by getting you in and out in a timely manner. Also, good customer service.
25 minute wait - nothing fast about this fast food place. chicken in salad was dry, it felt like a crouton. Last time I was here I asked for (2) 6 piece nuggets and these incredibly gifted people granted me a 4 piece and a 6 piece. Alas, some numbers are too big to grasp in the midst of multi-tasking.
We waited in line for 20 minutes as we watched people bringing back their orders because they were wrong. There were six people in the kitchen and no one doing anything. There was a homeless guy begging for change in the lobby who stayed the whole time we were there.
