We arrived as a group of 11. This was the smoothest group ordering process I have ever experienced at a fast food establishment in all the years I have been doing this. Their system provided me with a single receipt with each member of our group named as a separate tray: completely clear with zero mistakes! Our food was hot, fresh, and ready quickly after we had finished ordering. My receipt says our host was Jessica. She did a great job. We spent just under $100 for all 11 to eat.
We have been to this Wendy’s several times and this past visit is my last. Thinking back to the previous visits more times than not there has been food missing from the order. This time they left out all of the fries from the non kids meals and didn’t provide any straws. They also didn’t have the ingredients for the iced coffee we ordered but at least they tried to make it right by providing a different drink. Frustrating when you spend nearly $40 for 2 combo meals and 2 kids meals.
Ordered #1 and #2 my French Fries were horrible I cannot believe they served this…. Also took 10 minutes to get my order going through the drive thru
Update 10/04/2024 stopped through drive through to get a drink just to see if things were better. Sat in drive through for two minutes and no one was there so I pulled around and parked and went inside and 3 people had head sets on and talking with each other. I asked them they were not paying attention and there was no excuse due to their were no customers in the store or drive through and they said sorry and someone would be with me shortly so I left, as I left I looked at drive through windows and no one was there Yall need to.get some adults in there to manage these young kids who are getting paid to do nothing .
Let's start with the cleanliness of the store, garbage is overflowing which is nasty, we couldn't dump our food because of it so we left it on the tray on top of all the garbage, fries and nuggets were all over the floor where the workers were behind the counter, the food was disgusting and dry, went through drive through after we ate to get a frosty and a nice young woman waited on us at drive through and while we were waiting a young teenager came up behind the woman and gave me a snotty look. I had written a good review but deleted it. This store is nasty.
Wendy's has always been a favorite place of mine for drive through. Can always count on the consistency and even if the fries are cold or the sandwich is on the sloppy side it still beats the competition out of the water. My husband didn't think the ghost pepper nuggets would be too much to handle. Oh me gosh! Nice job Wendy's! You won! He couldn't even come up with an excuse. Lol. He has always had something to say about how he could make them spicier or picking apart the flavor profile of anything ghost or habanero flavored. Y'all left him speechless.

I'm pretty sure my French fries have been taken out of the walk in from lunch my double stack ended up being a nasty jr bacon cheeseburger with nasty . mayonnaise all over it even on the top of the bun. And the nuggets. Seriously. The fries are dry cold and depressing to try and chew and the nuggets are a freezing cold and soggier than a wet sock And how do I tell the difference between spicy buffalo and just buffalo when they're all just stacked on top of each other in the same bag? I mean once you realized you gave my order out to some else how can you even face the customers when you just fix a mistake towards someone with the wrong order that isn't suitable to feed a stray cat? Shame on y'all. Biggest disappointment this year by far. This is why you don't do drugs at work. I mean the public isn't stupid.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 JBC biggie bags and a double bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. Instead of getting what I ordered they gave old hard nuggets, and a hamburger patty and bun. Fries were cold and old. Definitely won’t be going there again. Wendy’s really needs to get it together!!
Went through drive through asked for baked potato. Was told it would be 2 minutes. It was over 15 minutes without the potato while the cheeseburger was ice cold when I got it. I don’t blame the servers. I blame the manager on duty. Teach these young people that if someone has to wait for food to keep the food that is ready under a warmer or wait until all the food is ready at the same time.
Never did get the potato… only a cold cheeseburger and drink.
My husband got breakfast. Supposed to have egg on his sausage biscuit and there was none. But the absolute worse was his Sausage Biscuit and his fries were so cold. This is a direct time temp control violation. Can cause people to get sick.
