Nothing against the location or the service. Just happened to be the location I tried their new orange dreamsicle frosty. The corporate people making the recipe missed the mark. If you had some version as a kid, you know. It was lacking orange flavor. Missed the mark bad. It will definitely be a flop.
Always a reliably good Wendy's. I think the same GM has been at this location for a very long time. At least 5-7 years. Which is rare in the fast food industry! He does a great job.

They have been set up there on Saturdays and Sundays in the daytime hours. 10amish-6:30pmish Absolutely delicious gourmet funnel cakes made with love!!! Go try them this weekend and bring the family you'll be happy you did. ????
I stood at a kiosk ordering my food while employees walked by. When it was time to pay it wouldn't take my payment. When I asked the employee (Seemed to be manager) he said that doesn't work ...I should put a sign on it. Employee took my order must have been new. Managed to get my order in and was given my cup. Wasn't sure if I should drink from soda machine...had dried food on the lever and was dirty. Tables were also dirty. Would not come to this location again.
Update - day by day this location seems to get better- TAMARA helped quickly and successfully got the order placed, out, and kept up with the line. Earlier 2 days later than the below review - *ANGELA* at the counter was fast, helpful, courteous, and got our order in/paid/out and served in a matter of less than about 60 seconds. STAR EMPLOYEE ! Food is fine, service is superb, and prices are really great for the Biggee bag lunch for $5.41 - ate and was done in minutes. Not crowded- easy in and easy out. Good service - took maybe 3 minutes.

We went through the drive-thru and asked for ketchup and they told me there was some in the bag and when I got to my destination there was no ketchup and they served me as if I was fast and that's fine but there are times when the courtesy of saying hello is important, that's why I give one star.
Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 double stacks and the female cashier put in 2 double cheese burgers and those are twice the price. I told her it was wrong and she told me "this is what you ordered " I said no its not. I ordered 2 double stacks. Then she just gives me this blank stare and doesn't call a manager over to fix it.. no. Instead she just stares at a manager bit when said manager comes over the cashier never says what's wrong and so manager walks away.. I wasted 20 mins of my lunch time just trying to order.
