Who forgets to put bacon on a baconator? Ordered through door dash and submitted my issue, but unfortunately there’s no refund or fix for it according to the app I’m screwed. I’m a bit surprised because I haven’t had a Wendy’s mess up so bad.

I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes before anyone greeted me… I attempted to use my rewards with my app and the rep at the window said the scanner was down. I asked if I could still use the rewards as advertised, but her manager put her hands up in the background saying “what does she want us to do??” I pulled off and will never return to this Wendy’s again. I just started a new job up the street which was convenient, but I would never visit again!!!! Very poor service
Today we had friendly & efficient service, good food, a clean dining room. The manager (I assume) came out to dining room to make sure everyone was satisfied. I wonder if they're under new management recently based on bad reviews from a month or so ago... if so, good move!
although it was short staffed and the line was long the family enjoyed the new SpongeBob meal. And the staff was pleasant!!. Give them a bonus they for sure worked but didn't break character..Thanks!! For the good service
I was surprised that this fast food place was still open. I was in line outside at 7pm, I ordered online and there were 5 cars in front of me and I waited for over 70 minutes. I thought maybe they were short staffed, apparently I was wrong. I saw at the window that they were all on their phones and only one person was working. I opened my takeaway and touched my fries which were cold and dry and felt like they were from the morning. I asked for a replacement. An African American woman came over and claimed to be the manager. She said she was the manager and now she was going to cancel my order. I asked why. She said she was the manager. She closed the window very forcefully and quickly.
Just left this restaurant and I have to say this has to be one of the worst run Wendy's I have ever come to! The line for the drive-thru is out to the street so I decided to go in and order my food the line on the inside wasn't much better. I waited a total of 32 minutes from the time I ordered my food to the time my order was given to me. Another customer was complaining that they weren't wearing any gloves while making the sandwiches. They did not have any frosties or baked potatoes. The manager and staff just looked overwhelmed and this was just a regular dinner hour. The only upside is that my order was correct that is a plus I guess. But the buns on the sandwiches were a little stale ????
I ordered and waited on my order for well over 20 minutes and then when I ask for some hot fries the cashier got smart and said is that the plan. Then proceeded to fill another order all the while not tending to me. So I ask to speak with the manager and the manager said can I help you. I told him that I wanted a refund and he said very nasty that they don’t give refunds. I also told him how nasty he’s cashier had been towards me and he stated that she wasn’t. So him and I had a few words and then o got my order and left after I put my order in the trash! Filthy customer service from the whole establishment. Avoid this place at all cost!
Went to pick up an online order in the evening and was told to come inside. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was told they didn't have my order. My wife went to refund the order online and it was marked as picked up by the staff. What a waste of time and money. Staff was very rude, unhelpful, and argumentative.
