My spicy chicken sandwich was hard as a hockey puck. It was so burnt that it looked like a hamburg. They handed me the sandwich 30 seconds after I ordered it. The chicken had to be precooked and kept warm for hours. $6.99 in the trash. They should be ashamed for selling something this bad.
We were on a long trip about to get to our hotel. I ordered a wrap and fries. My family ordered other things to go. We didn't think to check until we pulled up to our hotel to eat in the car. There was no wrap. It wasn't even on the ticket. She never entered the item.
Before I opened the sandwich, there was ketchup on the outside of the wrapper. When I opened the poorly wrapped sandwich, it was so messy! One lump of lettuce, and ketchup everywhere. When I bit the sandwich, the top bun was rubbery, inedible. 1/5 stars
Wendy's never lets us down. It always tastes great! Never burnt fries. I don't feel sick after eating it like I do with other fast foods around.
Forgot our condiments!! Only 27$ of food- totally understand, fast food can be overwhelming ????
2 weeks ago I told myself I would start recording and drive off everytime I see more than 8 cars in the drive thru.
You guys have lost just myself alone about $65+ as my order comes up to 9+ everytime I used to visit 3x a week.
Im one person, amount of money you guys lose all because you cant keep buildings staffed because you wont pay those workers what its worth ???? you're loss.
"Stephan" couldnt care about poor quality single burger with burnt bacon smashed into tiny pieces said they cook bacon in a.m n use it all day. Burger burned HARD n black!refunded $ but attitude was terrible. Used to enjoy this sandwich but this was the worst I've ever had! French fries were cold too!
I arrived at 9:00pm and was asked to wait. It took 20 minutes for someone to take my order. No one else was in line and young lady appeared to be high on something. I couldn’t get a receipt because the there was a problem with the printer. Poor customer service and cold food
