Hall of Fame Wendy’s super polite, and awesome very very very fast. Service was best. I’ve seen in a long time. Definitely a huge kudos whole team order to window and gone in eating fantastic. Great job.
Out of all my Wendy’s experiences, the one I had the night of this review was the best. Not only was it fast and smooth, but I had the pleasure of being served by Ricky. This gentleman gave me the best service I ever had at a Wendy’s. The one on 165th is normally my go to. But yea.. Ricky’s friendliness and generosity made for an uplifting and pleasant little night time drive. I truly appreciate great customer service. All the employees need to strive to be like him.
This franchisee needs to be replaced quickly. This franchise is diminishing the Wendy’s brand. The customer service is the only good thing here. But the restaurant is not clean. It’s bad.
They are getting very chaotic. There is too much going on, and no one is taking charge. Sad, because it is one of my favorite fast food places, and it's "Quality is Our Recipe" seems long forgotten. Whoever thought of adding "online" orders to the already fast-paced environment was only thinking about revenues and not the pressure they put on the workers. Management are not trained/prepared for the "Tsunamis" coming their way. The only "recipe" I see is for DISASTER! Whenever I get to get my orders and walk away towards my car, I feel like I'm waving the Titanic goo-bye... ????
I always go through the drive-thru on lunch and it is surprisingly fast there's usually a long line wrapped around the building but like I said they are fast usually only takes about 5 minutes
I just made an online order and my food was literally out in less than two minutes and I had three full meals and drinks and everything was hot and fresh and I will definitely be back :)
My husband just brought our food home and it was all cold and the order was missing food but they didn't give him a receipt so can't do anything about it, and it was the manager who did it WOW is all I can say. We won't be going back there again
Very clean dining area. Service was good once someone acknowledged me after several minutes standing at the counter. The $3 breakfast deal? You get what you pay for. Limp potatoes, and a greasy egg sandwich.
