If I could leave a big fat ZERO I would. This location is the worst. I tried giving the benefit of doubt by saying. Maybe it's just one of those days. Boy was I wrong. The last visit was about the same.So many workers and it still takes forever to receive my order. I watched my order get placed on the counter and get cold all while the crew is laughing and playing. They lack customers care and customer service.
Finally I get my order and my burrito is half wrapped and wedges are cold. I watched it get bagged and just sat out on the counter while they lady turn and look at me several times. You guys gotta do better. This is a mess.
Watched employee not use soap to wash hands, the woman taking order didn’t understand how to use system. Toppings were mostly off the burger.
Easy to find with Quick in and out from Pacific Hwy South, South Tacoma Way, I-5 and 512. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot on both sides. Parking lot and drive-thru are well maintained, free of debris, and trash can was empty. Easy to read signs. Lots of signage for deals. Fast moving line. Easy to read menu sign. Easy to hear each other on the speakers despite the road noise. Pleasant employees. My food was fresh and hot.
Filthy! Almost every table is dirty. The floor is trashed and sticky, drink counter is a total mess mess. Out of ice, out of ketchup. Trash cans overflowing. Manager needs to do something about the facilities. My spicy chicken sandwich was cooked thin and dry. Fries nice and hot, service very friendly! Hope this is just a bad day for this Wendy's and not the norm.
Had to stop here as we were in a rush for dinner and there was only one car here vs anywhere else. We should have known why. Although the food was ok it took almost 20 mins. The parking lot is very odd if you have a trailer and trying to go thru the drive thru you have to go in on the main street .
This has been very nice for take outs or for dining in. The staff has always been nice, and you feel like they stay on your radar. Every time you want food. The place is always clean and you feel safe as you are eating.
The main healthy option that I was looking for (chilli) was not available. Also no soap in ladies restroom, and paper towel dispenser was broken. The men’s restroom had no paper towel and the toilets were gross. Not exactly an appetizing and sanitary situation.
The soda machines syrup to carbonation is weak, always. Today, Taco salad did not come with the chili, sour cream, or tortilla chips. Husband's french fries were cold and tasted old.
