The food was correct and fresh.
There was a deaf customer that came to order. A worker was able to communicate to get her order. He was very compassionate. Great experience.
It was decorated for Christmas...so cute.
Placed an order. Requested 2 #1s Single with cheese and a #8 Asiago Bacon & Ranch Chicken meal. Did NOT request it to be spicy and was NOT given the option for crispy or grilled. The order came back as a 2 double cheeseburger meals & a spicy Asiago meal, which made me sicker than a dog. When questioned the employee, she wanted to argue what we ordered. Be careful when going to this location as they will charge you whatever they please to get more money.
I can’t even comment on the food the customer service in the drive-through was so disrespectful. I didn’t even place my order. I just politely said no thank you cancel my order and left and then as I was leaving the lady at the drive-through had some words to say still yelling out the window as a customer was getting their food at the window, I just drove off, I have no words other than I will not stop at this location again (9/09/24
Went around 9:30pm to the drive through. Ordered 2 biggie bags. They ran out of a sauce we wanted, then charged us for buffalo sauce. Then they did not give us the sauce they charged us for. Not only that, one biggie bag was missing the fries. Amazed at how terrible this experience was.
Waited 15 minutes in drive thru. Got to the speaker to order with no one else in line behind us - guy said the car in front of us was their last order and they were closing early. There were a number of employees going in and out of a car parked near the front door…did not look work related. All of the fast food options on this Gallatin/Trinity intersection are as bad as it gets.
The employees were not particularly friendly, but the cashier kept the line moving. Another employee was rubbing her hands together over the fryer for warmth (I hope they were clean). Part of the restaurant was too hot and part too cold. The entire store was disgusting. There wasn't a lid for my drink and I was afraid to use the ketchup dispenser. Judging from how the staff was talking and playing around behind the counter and unattentive to customers and cleanliness, I was more afraid to rock the boat and get my food spit in. They did get my food out quickly, but I shudder to think of how unsanitary the kitchen may be. The restroom was not clean, but tolerable. I won't be back.

More concerned with drive thru & delivery than dine in. One person on register at lunch hour. Don't waste your time, this store SUCKS!! Off to cookout I go.
