The guy at the window seemed like he was mad because I came and ordered food 2 hours before they close. The guy didn't say anything at all I said thank you after ordering and said thank you after him handing me three items, each time saying thank you with not one response at all whatsoever he stayed silent pretty much the whole time didn't say have a good night didn't say anything. What I enjoyed most about my visit was my salted caramel Frosty was delicious I had to drink it because I didn't get a spoon or a straw for it
Fries were great, but you could tell they hit the bottom of the bag as all the fries were really short. Double stack was like eating cardboard. It was dry and half seasoned/half not seasoned. Tried the new Frosty, won't try again. Kid at register was nice, but didn't know how to run register and wouldn't ask for help. Average overall experience which is sad as Wendy's is my favorite burger.
My receipt informs me I had the displeasure of interacting with, Betty today, as she rudely demanded I tell her my order, I pleasantly greeted her and gave her my order. Her rudeness didn't improve, yet I didn't allow it to ruin my mood, because I knew Wendy's motto of fresh food is going to tantalize my taste buds. As I was not very kindly handed my food, I smiled and wished her a good day.
I sincerely hope your day does improve Betty because that level of unhappiness is deep.
I left and started to consume what had to be the dryest burger patties I've ever had at any Wendy's, the coldest nuggs, and the only saving grace was the luke warm fries wasn't oversalted. As I washed my disappointment away the only thing I could think of was, maybe I really should've tried the McDonald's right next to it. I wonder which restaurant paid to have to attach the rear parking lots together.

Ordered sausage burrito got bacon. Ordered sausage and egg biscuit got bacon. Upgraded to med. Got reg. (Small) but it was very clean which is something these days.
Refused to let me trade my in my honey mustard sauce for another kind of sauce and wanted to charge me and extra dollar! That is absolutely insane! All they had to do is trade me for another sauce at the drive through. No ketchup in any of the 4 meals I ordered! Ridiculous! Burgers are always cold everytime I come here. I aint coming back to this Wendy's!
Drive thru gave us no napkins or spoons. Also, my wife found a big piece of plastic in her sandwich.... plus, none of the employees were wearing masks. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.
A lot of trash could be seen from the drive thru window. Slow service, and our food was lukewarm at best. For that amount of time, I would have thought we were waiting on something hot and fresh. Fries were rubbery, tasteless, and cold. Sandwiches had been sitting for a while and didn’t even feel warm. Window server being polite is the reason for even giving them one star.
Very friendly staff . The ladies were so sweet even brought our food to table.
