I went to Wendy on 10/29 at 7:30 pm. No cars in line.. I was ordering a drink and forgot to add a 4 piece nugget for my artistic son. They manager had a problem with the add on and was cursing rudely and loudly.. My son has autism and repeated the curse word the manger said rudely.. Now im stuck with a bad word she said at the window..As a parent I have to keep calm. My reply to her was have a blessed day…
The burgers are steamed which is good ????. To me that is the only thing that sets them apart from the others. And the burgers are extremely big with lots of toppings. Atmosphere and service was average. And the restaurant is always clean and tidy. The bathroom is also clean ???? and tidy.
i ordered baconator fries and they sent me regular fries. i also ordered a Cinnabon pull apart. They sent it completely Stone cold with warm frosting on top. The only thing they didn’t mess up with the lemonade. ????????
The people are rude they take doordash orders then close so dashers can't get the order after they accept it . The staff are slow and talk very rude. I wouldn't go here and I am a dasher I try not to accept orders from this store . Management needs to get a whole new crew at night time
A change needs to come to this location and it needs to come quick!!! There are ladies here with the nastiest attitude and customer service. Truly deplorable. Whomever the Regionals and Area Manager is over this location please TRAIN your staff!
OMG! Frosty .$50 cent. I had 2, back-to-back. God issss Good! As usual, I had a large chili (and asked to fill my cup with more substance, rather than the sauce). Staff was nice enough to allow us to bring in our Chinese white rice which served as a bed for my chilli. Awsome. Awsome. My son ate from box to cup (see his pics).
Management, the 3 young ladies, they we're superb. They acted like they we're in my kitchen, joking and just being very real, down to earth - like family/or close friends. The eating area was spotless. The cushioned chairs made me feel like I was sitting in my own living room. Thank you Wendy's - in Albany, GA. Shush, I asked the manager not to tell on me about that 2nd chocolate frosty. Shush now. Shush.
Cashier at the front counter and the manager in the drive thru had an attitude. If people don’t want to have jobs in customer service where they’re servicing customers then they should seek another profession.
The food is Wendy's delicious. Service is fast but employees lack skills when it comes to talking to and dealing with customers.
