I visit this location often and I can honestly say it is the best Wendy’s location in terms of great customer, timeliness, and food quality. Every time I visit there is this one particular lady in drive thru, who is I believe the manager. She has the nicest personality I’ve ever experienced with fast food. I only come for breakfast and see her all the time. She’s fantastic! I did not get her name but I visited on 11/5/24 at around 7:30am.
I had a very bad experience at this specific location 865 North Federal Highway at 1:18 in the afternoon the manager Casey that has dreads she is so rude. The guy that they have taking the orders not taking efficient orders. I asked for a kids meals, nugget meal and he tried to give me a cheeseburger. I go to the window doing partial payment And Casey the manager talking about the mail is $5.35 even though I handed her two dollar bill I know I have to pay three dollars and 49cent why did she Wave the two dollars in the air like I’m gonna short Wendy’s it’s only five bucks she saying that to be funny or something I just moved to this location from Jupiter, the experience was very unpleasant horrible when I say horrible I wouldn’t even bring Joe Biden here Jupiter would never try me like this with the customer service the accuracy of an order being taken also having fresh food I’m so disappointed they need white/Hispanic Managers and staff because what they’re having right now it’s not working for them. The Haitian/Jamaican community right now for this store is not working for them. Just pitiful also disappointed for the regional and district manager that support these types of things at a restaurant
So I work at a doctors office and we only have 30 min lunches!!! I ordered 3 biggie bags with junior bacon cheeseburgers and they are didn’t have the most import part of the meal!!! THE MEAT!!!!
(not a troll, ignore the name) this location is just HORRIBLE. made me and my family wait more than 15 minutes. we ended up leaving. the people who were in front of us (what I saw) had their order completely altered, and ruined. don’t come to this location if you want horrible service !!
Pretty pathetic when somebody goes to pick up 2 bowls of chili for a customer, already waiting 10 or more minutes in the drive thru, also being told to pull up to the window, just for the drive thru woman to tell me to come inside to get it. It's pathetic when I for one have worked in restaurants, and chili is something that can easily be ready quickly. Im sure it's kept in a warmer like most places. So incompetent in doing their job. Do better
Worst service in town. This is the second week I came back here, just to sit on the drive through lime for 10 minutes a car. I don't know what they're doing back there to take so long with each order, but I see many people(including myself) eventually straight up leaving. This location really needs to tighten up.
Went thru drivethru around 1015 pm. Ordered an salad and a combo meal. Got home in about 10 minutes. Wife opened her salad, put dressingon it and took a bite. She immediately spit it out and said somethings wrong with this. I just had to smell it to know this salad was bad. Opening my burger I could tell this was left over and the fries were floppy. They couldnt mess up the soda. If Wendy's can not serve fresh and hot food at a late hour, then dont keep it open late. This was disgusting.
And, the girl gave card back without receipt. Checked bag and wasnt there. Im sure mgr can check records to see the sale.
A very dirty location, you should see behind the counters and how they handle food. It’s very disgusting and unprofessional. Staff is rude and slow.
