I had pulled off already and there was a lady yelling for me and it was one of Wendy's staff running to get me a sandwich that didn't make it into the bag. With today's expectations for work places, those ladies are a breathe of fresh air. Helpful friendly and damned if they aren't trying their best!
I would honestly leave 0 stars if I could. The last 3 times my family tried to eat here we were given the wrong food, and then it took like 30 mins to fix. Today when my partner brought food home it was all completely wrong. I live 25 mins away, so it wasn't worth driving all the way back to try to fix it. They've also been having incredibly long wait times, serve cold food, and always give me the wrong sauces. Would not recommend eating here.
When I went here on Saturday the dining room was closed and I was disappointed as I wanted to eat inside so I left as I use a power chair so I didn't want to go thru the drive thru. Then when I came here on Tuesday the condiments area was a mess and some of the trash cans were overflowing.
Also I saw one employee not wearing gloves preparing the French fries and my hamburger was wrapped in a chicken sandwich wrapper. Then when I went back to the counter to orderI waited about 3 minutes and the employees ignored me so I left. However I have been back two times and the restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful,
After visiting 2 other fast food drive-thrus and not being able to order or get food, I got quick service and excellent food. I had the Baconator, fries and large chocolate frosty.

I got the new French Toast Sticks Combo which came with 6 sticks, seasoned potatoes and coffee. Everything was very good.
The food is always great. The service is usually pretty good through drive-thru. Some days are better than others. I don't go inside to eat.
The door was stuck shut, so we had to walk around in the snow. There was no heat in the dining room, so we had to keep our coats on.
We have been here a couple of times and everything is great. I did find it to run a little cold but other than that, the food was fresh and staff were helpful
I still like Wendy's food and the employees but one of them always has a nasty attitude towards me and my family members I usually never get upset and I also work in customer service but I asked the lady for 2 ranch packets she put 1 ketchup packet in the bag and gave me a dirty look and closed the window someone should fire her or give her a long talk on how to treat people.
