The food was hot and fresh. Staff struggled to be quick. However, we had a very large party, and I'm not sure I could've done any better! They had no errors and were kind. It just took time.
The apple pecan salad was good, and fries were hot. They also have a Coke machine, which is touch screen and offers all flavors of Coke products, juices, etc. Sounds silly, but it's a selling point for me. The only issue I had was my shoes kept sticking to the floor. That was gross and uncomfortable, to be honest. Would return again, despite the sticky floors.
Stood for 10 minutes before being waited on never once did anyone say they would be with me in a moment. Then the girl walks to the register and just looks at me and say nothing. Seriously two managers standing right there too filling orders neither said anything to me or the employee. Won’t be back here
Not the best Wendy's food.Just got 4 cheese burgers and fries.Had to pull into waiting for that which is fine but wasn't packed so really not a good reason.Everything was under cooked and under salted but could've just been out tastes.Wouldnt turn anyone away from it but also wouldn't recommend if able to get something else
That girl in the drive through had the most hideous attitudes and un professional!!!

Kitchen was dirty, they looked slammed, took a minute before anybody even acknowledged me - but only after the manager told them to. Ordered dine-in so I could use the awesome and rare ketchup pump on my tray. The guy slung my order out in a bag, yelled my name, and dove back to his station. I had to ask for a tray, 'just a minute' was the response. Got my tray, pumped my ketchup, and went outside to enjoy the day. I'd ordered a double with no onion because I'm allergic, as in...I taste onion, I puke. Outside, I unwrapped the burger...onions. Took it inside and the guy who slung my food acknowledged me after a minute, then fixed it with very little "sorry about that" type of interaction. I unwrapped it outside, he had made me a single. Back inside...got another person's attention. He radios the manager while the kid gets back to making me a double with no onion. The manager asks if I'm being taken care of, I told her what happened. She talked to the burger-slinger and brings another one out with apologies. Outside, start to unwrap it...there's schmekel inside the wrapping but outside of the burger. I open it up, it was the greasiest Wendy's burger I'd ever seen, but I wasn't going back to the counter for a third time. I ate it and chocked it up to the understanding that Wendy's are just going downhill everywhere and there's no need to try again.
I had the fish sandwich which was good. The fries on the other hand was very salty. I couldn't even eat them. You could see the amount of salt on the french fries
I was in picking up just a Frosty and some fries and the manager Tracy was so incredibly rude to her employees who apparently were not moving fast enough. I made sure to tell the cashier it was okay. He was busy waiting on his first customer who should have been his first priority. She kept telling him to hurry up and even yelled at another employee in the back. Does not seem like a good atmosphere to work for I feel bad for her employees
Literally theee worst Wendy's I've ever patronized.
Waited 20 mins in the drive through only because I'm 8 months pregnant, driving back to NY and needed something in my stomach asap. Took 20 mins to even get to the order speaker and the woman kept getting the 2 very basic items wrong. Get to the window just for them to not have the order ready for an another 10-15 mins then received incomplete cheese fries and some bits of apple called "apple slices" that tasted bitter and stale.
