Went in to the dining room. There was a lot of team members working.. Dining room was empty. I had to wait for someone to ask me. “Can I help you?” No one was in the dining room. All the workers were laughing and going about their business as if I was not there.
This had to be the slowest drive-thru service that I have ever experienced. It took over 20 minutes to get to the windows just to pay. Then another 5 to 10 at the second window to pick up our food. The guy asked for my receipt because they had no idea what we had ordered. Everyone inside, workers were acting like it was no big deal..just another normal day at the office for them. (Sarcasm)
Every time i come to this location it’s one female at the 2nd window giving attitude, I went today and my mobile order was messed up. received spicy nuggets instead of regular. making me not even want to spend my $ on Wendy’s when she on the clock! The lady at the 1st window was very nice though!
I come to Wendy’s majority of the week once I get off from work. What I see in the window is people playing in the window instead of working.. drinking and using their phones in the window. No ice for my for my drinks line is long and they are playing in the window. Please hired better staff. This is every night
Staff worked together as a unit. Food always good. Lobby was clean. Polite and accurate orders. Impressive young staff seriously moving seamlessly. Well done.
Doing the night. Drive through is much to be desired.the as the line is wrapped around the building. I noticed the buns are not toasted like they used to be
First thing why are the doors still closed 7am? The drive through is annoying in a big truck, and the guy taking ur order hes like SCREAMING at you, and the inside is boring, but the evening shift manager seems to keep his workers on their toes
I Placed an order at 12:10am. My order was confirm and driver assigned by doordash. I called Wendy’s delivery service at 12:50 because my dasher cancelled the order. I was informed that you all closed the store early. You all should have just cancelled my order as soon as it came through instead of waiting for a dasher to confirm the pick-up. Management if you choose to close the store early please take the appropriate steps to let customers know so we are not wasting our time.
