I’m honestly baffled by the service at this location. I walked in and placed my order, only to be told it wasn’t ready yet—which I get. But 10 minutes later, two people who came after me were already served and eating.
So, I asked if they were still expecting DoorDash deliveries, and the response I got from the manager—who, let’s just say, was looking a little worse for wear—was, “We’re busy, sir.” Fair enough, but the real kicker came next. The manager was shouting at her employees about taking too long in the bathroom.
Look, I understand a busy shift, but ignoring customers and shouting at staff doesn’t exactly scream professionalism. If this is how the place is run, it’s clear corporate needs to step in. This franchise isn’t just missing the mark; it’s failing to meet even the most basic standards of service.
Also, for the record, the picture attached is of your manager, who clearly isn’t managing.
Wendy’s, you deserve better than this!
Went to get food from this location, order wasn't just wrong... it was absolutely screwed.
Spent $40 for the food, and the nuggets came out with the texture of freshly microwaved Tyson frozen chicken nuggets soggy as heck.
They forgot the fires altogether which makes me wonder why we paid for them -_-
Son wouldn't even eat the burger, his words, "It's dry and it doesn't have a pickle" maybe cheeseburgers don't come with pickles for kids anymore idk it's not an issue I've seen or heard of anywhere else.
Sent the food back it was so bad, yeah I know how dare I.
They got the fries this time and the chicken nuggets were lukewarm, not soggy at least, but for some reason they though we didn't want the barbecue sauce that we got with the original soggy nuggs so they proceed to remove them... didn't ask them to, but ya know... idk...
And I couldn't tell if they didn't remake the sandwiches, but they had the distinct flavor of dirty sock which I'm pretty sure isn't what ghost pepper tasted like at the other wendys I ate at a few days ago.
It would be less infuriating if we bought like a sandwich for $7 and it wasn't right oh well it's $7. But to dump half a bill on food from somewhere and get microwaved, sock flavored nonsense? Come on now.
Needless to say it'll be a very long while before returning.
And a warning to check literally every single thing including the quality of the food from here before you pull off.

I hope your location gets through this, because it's one of the few left in the qc where I'm still running into problems like this with.
I would recommend against getting a job at Wendy's. I just got off the phone with the manager to inform them that I had to quit and her Response was "Whatever" and hung up on me. The Assistant Manager Amber has a horrid attitude and I have witnessed her talking badly about customers. Specifically threatening physical harm against one customer last week. They seem extremely unprofessional and are not enthusiastic about training their new employees. I had been berated for not knowing how they clean their bathrooms and condescendingly mocked until I almost walked out on the manager that day. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding and quite frankly I didn't get paid enough to be treated with such disrespect. Please work on your professional outlook.
Was just at the drive thru trying to order kind of hot buffalo nuggets and the girl was so rude we drove away. I see you have several more complaints about your drive thru, are you doing anything about it? I will now go to fb and post about your fantastic store
I went cause it use to be alittle cheaper. After paying almost $12 for a single burger and fries I looked for my reciept and there wasn't one. I called and was told yes the price was correct. 1st if the teller gave the reciept would have saved the call and 2nd looks like I'm too poor to eat at Wendy's so bye bye Wendy's McDonald's is more affordable and that's sad. Dave would be crushed!!!
It's always been fairly clean and my order is always correct. I ask for no bun and extra lettuce to have a reduced wheat/gluten meal.
Tameka had the WIRST attitude. When i told her i also would be using my rewards and military discount she side eyed because i was making her do her job. i understand the rewards app has problems sometimes but usually the manager just puts it in. i love wendys because the support of military discount and the rewards and offers but after dealing with tameka im not sure i will be going back fir a while. hannah the manager was able to apply it but when i asked for tamekas name as well as hers she asked why and i let her know i do reviews because i value good service and good employees and 100% tameka was not interested in service without an attitude.
I’m tired of this place after tonight I was doing door dash orders I got two orders for year and waited 20 minutes each it’s been 40 minutes and haven’t got to make either delivery yet. You night time workers need to step up your game and work better and faster
