I means the picture in itself is enough… I know it’s a cheap meal but seriously this is insane. Basically wasn’t even a patty just a very thin burnt sheet. Not to mention how bad the cheese looks.
Really like that when we ask for no bun they wrap the item in lettuce and put extra condiments in the bag. The manager is so nice and they are super fast here.
Bring back the chicken sandwich 4 for $4.
10-3-24 update
Cashier had no clue what she was doing.
Ordered a baconnater and she asked if I wanted a single, double or triple and I said I wanted the burger that's on the menu.
I guess I missed the memo that you could add more meat.
But guess what? For $12 I got one patty and half the bacon.
Couldn't ask her what was supposed to come on it because her line was so long and of course no manager available.
Fries were absolutely cold and all the drink machines were broken.
Skipping this location and going to the other one in Lexington SC next time.
Bad service from cashier to manager. Zero communication, had me grabbing other people’s food. No apology. Zero effort. Nice remodel though.
I don't recommend this location. I don't understand why people work somewhere and have a bad attitude. You should do the job you're paid for and if you don't like that job just get a new one. I really feel like this location should be better for where it is. They have prime location to make money but after my third time visiting this location in the past week I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
Clean store, clean parking lot. Friendly staff. Order at the register. Able to use Apple Pay. Coke products including Coke Zero but no fountain machine! Maybe you can ask for a refill?
Cold fries and no customer service. The drive thru person took forever to even speak and then acted like I was bothering them by placing an order of a drink and fries. The only reason they get one star is because I can't leave a zero. food and customer service fail. Eat somewhere else.
Customer service isn't their strong point that's for sure. I was asked what sauce for the nugget meal I ordered I said BBQ well there was no sauce in my bag. I was handed my food and card at the same time n no receipt was given to me. My fries was hot and good. My Nuggets wasn't warm at all. My mom chili was hot but they gave her a bowl with chili spilled all over it. We had Wendy breakfast 1 day this week and it wasn't good either. I think we will stay away from Wendy's for awhile.
The food was the freshest my fiance and I ever received from any Wendy’s we’ve gone to!! The fries were fresh and hot, fresh nuggets, the burger was juicy!! My baconator sandwich looked just like the picture…10 out of 10!!
