While my order was being taken I was asked what type of dipping sauce I'd like for my nuggets TWICE yet somehow they still managed to put NONE in either of my bags. Attention to detail really goes a long way. It may be just a simple "SAUCE" to you but honestly it truly makes or breaks the overall meal experience.
The food tasted good and came out timely. Everything else was a complete failure. My wife and I visited this store, our closest Wendy's. Upon entry, we were not greeted. The entire dining room was FILTHY. No clear tables in sight, sticky floor, stinky trash cans, and smudgy glass were all key features. The restroom was devoid of toilet paper, they were out of ice and ketchup, and when informed of these facts, the counter kid shrugged metaphorically. The same shrugging employee fished a cup of ice from the machine bare-handed with sweaty arm in the ice. Needless to say, we will not return to this location any time soon.

The tables always need cleaning off. Tea dispensers are not available at the drinks station. The French fries were overcooked or cooked in old oil.
Is saying please and thank you taboo? It is not, I find it pleasent and polite, thank you.
Prompt service. The order taker was patient and suggestive as I made my selection. The confirmed my order at bell then once again at window. Paid at first window, two orders of 6 PC nuggets and one cheese and bacon baked potato under $10.00 Food arrived very hot. (Good job) my potato was freshly prepared. And the sauces I wanted were in bag along with napkins and utensils. Happy camper. I would visit again.
Terribly overcooked food served with a bad attitude. We went there after leaving Natural Bridge Caverns, and I do not recommend it. My drink was cold and well-carbonated, however.
I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a while before yesterday and now I know why? I was reminded that it’s always something wrong when I go there. I couldn’t get the flavor frosty I wanted because they only had chocolate so I agreed to it only to be served a cup of chocolate milk? That was the consistency of the frosty? And they had the nerve to serve it with a spoon? So done with this place.
Almost every single person at this location acted like they were high on drugs.
The guy that made my food l, I think his name was Augie was the only person in there that was polite and professional and took pride in his appearance and duties.
