This Wendy's get 5 stars from me! I came in to buy 6 meals 4 kids and 2 reg meals. The employees that were working there last night were truly top notch. They listened, they went above and beyond and all of my food was correct when I received it. This is how it should be! Great job Wendy's this will be the only one I got to from now onm thank you!
I really tried to be patient and give opportunity for understanding. But y’all are taking 15-20 to give me one Dave’s single (just the burger btw)????. This is with one other car that was ahead of me. No receipt was given. Cherry on top was watching a girl in a red hoodie vape through her sleeve. She was working the drinks area. So that’s pretty gross. Not to mention that burger was lukewarm when I touched it. Yeah I’m going to skip this location next time… maybe you should too.
Place was a complete mess. All the tables were sticky, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all that day. Floor hadn't been swept in a while. Went to use the bathroom, toilet was full of bodily waste. Absolutely disgusting place. Will definitely not be going back.
Gave us two cold fries and one hot fry. Asked for fresh fries and they did give us fresh fries. Service was a bit slow and customer service could have been a bit better. Would have expected them to bring us our fresh fries but had to go to the counter and get them. Burger and chicken sandwich were cold and had to choke it down. Ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich and did not taste anything other than maybe a smudge of mayo :-( very disappointed. Feel like we wasted $40.
These group of guys were very nice and helped me out when it was needed. Everything gets paid forward. I appreciate people like this. I wish much love and success to the crew.
Place is absolutely disgusting. Floor is gross, counters are gross, bathroom is gross.
Oh and to add, all I got was one large salted caramel frosty and it was practically a liquid, NOT EVEN A FROSTY. Are you kidding me Wendy's?
I understand that it was late. My order came out, and it was not my order. It took almost 30 min for me to get a Krabby patty meal and a som of a baconnator meal. Nothing special, just no onions.
Placed mobile order at 6:30pm on a Sunday, came by to pick it up, dining room was closed and doors were locked, waited in drive thru for 20 mins to get the food, arrived at the intercom and was told to wait an additional 7 mins, finally made it to the window and waited another 10 mins at the window. Received my food and the honey grilled chicken and bacon was cold and very dry, they used SHREDDED cheese on the sandwich, and the lmedium” fry was half full. Fries tasted like the oil was three mo this old. Worst experience I’ve had at any Wendy’s, best to drive to Kansas City if you’d like Wendy’s.
