Wow. What an awful experience! The workers are so rude . They have the most unprofessional attitude. They all need customers service training and the manager needs more training on how to handle and motivate difficult workers.
This was the worst service I've received in a while. I wish I could post a picture of my food to show you the literal joke.
First of all, the cashier was extremely rude and wasn't even listening properly to our order. I wanted a baked potato they didn't have them so I got baconator fries, spicy garlic nuggets, and a blueberry lemonade.
I got bbq nuggets, a clump of cold cheese with bacon and cold fries, and barely any blueberry in my lemonade. This isn't okay. Lol I work in a restaurant and I'm just astonished that they get away with this.
Like all things in retail, it is tough to schedule enough people at any time!
We already had, had a snack
At 5 Pm, and had a craving for a baked potato. So we stopped at Wendy’s. Got to the drive thru, and was told to pull ahead. ( for two baked potatoes, only). Simple right? I also said, please leave them in the tin foil.
We did. We waited for 2 to 4 minutes, then I set my timer for 5. The bell rang, and I went inside. 3, or 4 people were also waiting for food.
I asked for my $$ back
As we had a hungry dog to take care of! They looked at me like I might be an alien. Nothing but fear. Some guy came out, and said hold on! They are coming.
Took the bag, and looked later. The tin foul was off, and the potatoes were gray!
I know this does not happen often, yet we recall the bad things!
I was there between about 1pm and 3pm. Place was in chaos. Long line inside and out. Inside was dirty. Only one ketchup dispenser working. Was afraid to eat anything from there.
This place has become totally ghetto, I ordered a single with cheese,and a frosty, combo, I should have checked the order before driving off, I got wrong food,attitude at the window,ridiculous prices , what the heck happened, I used to love this place,man,what a disappointment, never going back. The owner should be ashamed.
The cashier was nice enough to allow my co-worker and I to order on foot through the drive-thru since the inside was closed, and we drove a box truck taller than the height clearance. The garlic parmesan nuggets were pretty good also.
The woman who took my order, got it wrong. when we were speaking to her She sounded as if she didn’t want to be there if they don’t wanna work there get somebody else who can do their job.
The worst customer service I’ve ever gotten at any fast food chain. The woman at the window asked me why I wanted her to repeat my order with an attitude, then I asked for mayo and instead of packets she gave me a quarter of a cup with no lid. They had attitudes for no reason, worst customer service ever.
