The store online says it's open until midnight but dine in is closed at 9 they need to update their store hours. At least the staff luke and Shawn were very kind and considerate in explaining the situation to me and even went out of their way to have a conversation with me. The staff employees are very hardworking and I truly believe they are owed a raise for their endearing work they provide
I normally don’t say anything and just let stuff go. Not this time. This is by far the worst restaurant in Yuma. Don’t worry you want get my business again. Especially if this is how you treat your customers.
The place was Clean and the staff were excellent. IMHO it met my expectations and corporate standards. ????
The coffee was pretty good and the baconator breakfast was good too. I think a better roll would knock it out of the park. Somthing with some body, not a sponge. The place would have a 5 but for no paper towels in the restroom and the $9 sandwich with a sponge roll.

Ordered our burgers. They both came without tomatoes. Wife goes to counter to ask where's the tomato. Young lady behind countrt asks "For what burger?" which my wife is holding in her hand, "Dave's single" she responds. After a pause the worker says "We are out of tomatoes for tonight." It's seven thirty. Why would you ask for which burger? Isn't it irrelevant if you have no tomatoes? Walmart is across the parking lot. They have tomatoes. Not impressed. Not even a apology. She specifically picked that burger for the lettuce, onion and TOMATO. As it's advertised. No compensation. Could of offered a small Frosty or something. Pathetic customer service. Sadly this is the way of the world now it seems.
Cross contamination and poor hand hygiene is what you will get here. We watched the cashier with long black hair constantly touch her hair then immediately handled the food. Watched as she tried to carry multiple fries across the way while using her body to hold them. Her hair went all over the fries and other food that she was staging on the trays. Watched as she left the food area, grabbed a broom then reentered the food prep area. She swept in the food area, put the broom away, and did not wash her hands before going back to handling the fries again. Makes me wonder what other food safety guidelines are not being followed.
Believe it or not, I think this is the best Wendy's restaurant I've ever been to. I had their nuggets & double burgers. They have the best service, kind employees, and a super clean store, even the bathroom! I love this place!
It's a fast food chain restaurant. Nothing overly wrong other than the food I pre ordered online on the mobile app not being ready so I had to wait,and the taste being bland as cardboard,and the absence of the frosty I ordered because they ran out of chocolate frosty. How do they run out of frosty ? That's the main reason most people go there is because they have something that other restaurants don't have, so I don't understand how these restaurant chains are running out. If you know that is your most requested item, why not prepare? The same thing happens at another "restaurant" that I go to. I'm really not understanding how this town runs out of things when they know there can be a surge of people at certain times of the year because it happens every year. So frustrating ????. I haven't been here more than once on purpose. This was the first time I've eaten at a Wendy's. In a very long time and will probably be the last but with that being said in a pinch, the nuggets are kind of ok. Definitely, is not like it used to be, and the food leaves an aftertaste.
My order took forever for no reason, and they got my order all wrong. I had them remake my Daves Triple as it was the first one i was going to eat. I noticed once I ate the triple that all my double stacks were made with cheese, which I had ordered with none. At that point, I decided I would eat them anyway because everyone seemed to just be goofing off with the exception of one girl who was cleaning the dining room. The guys working behind the counter were just loud, cussing every other word and obnoxious. They screwed up various orders in the drive thru, and I know this because multiple people came in because their orders were missing things. In the time I was there, it must have been 4-5 different drive-thru customers. Poorly run this night.
