I’d skip coming to this Wendy’s, I spent over $50 on food and this is what I got
No straws
No spoons for Frostys (I got 5 of them)
No ranch (for three orders of nuggets)
Missing fries
Asked for bbq and got 2 (on a $50 order with five meals)
One wrong drink
No lettuce on any sandwich
No tomato on either of the Dave’s doubles
Employee was rude didn’t even say two words to me even though she had to hand me 5 drinks, 5 frostys, and five meals.
I ordered ahead of time on the app, waited about ten minutes, spent another ten minutes waiting after I got there when I was the only one in line.
Waited in line for 45 mins at 11:09 get to the window lady is being rude as can be and then gives me my food and forgets what I ordered was being rushed through the window so couldn’t check while sitting there and then I wasn’t waiting 45 mins again so I walk up to the window to just ask for what she had forgot and no employee would come to the window and the lady is standing there looking at me and several other people who got out of there car in line and we were all very confused as it was only 12:11 and no one would answer. Worst service I have ever had in my life stood outside knocking politely for 10 mins with other customers while employees all stood there crazy as all they had forgot were my condiments and things like that but they want to charge me but never provide me with what I order
LarderRoom...When it's late, and you need that drive through spicy chicken sandwich. The line was extra long, but they got me taken care of. My spicy chicken sandwich and fries were hot, and the employee was nice and courteous! I would definitely visit this location again, but I'd go a little earlier if possible lunch!
Our recent visit to this Wendy's was a disappointing one. The food was great, however it was the awful behavior from the manager, LeAnn, that I witnessed firsthand that has turned me off from wanting to return again. I witnessed her belittle her staff and be excessively rude to those who didn't speak English. Additionally, she walked past customers without acknowledging them who patiently waited to order food.
She disregards safety as well. While filling bucket from the ice machine, she let the ice spill all over the floor without concern. I only noticed that when she slammed the ice machine lid loudly!!
As I mentioned the food was great, but her rude remarks and bad demeanor overshadowed the experience. I really feel bad for her staff! They interacted great with customers despite the hostile environment she creates. Personally, I don’t want to return because of her horrible attitude. Overall, it was a troubling experience.
What an amazing experience at Wendy's. The Assistant Manager Tim .Was spectacular. Amazing attitude, Great smile and above and beyond service . If this Company realized what a quality employee they have here they would make him the CEO . We will be back and Highly recommend ????
Arrived at 6:00 pm. Trash cans were overflowing, the paper towel roll was on the counter in the bathroom instead of being in the dispenser. Trash was overflowing in there as well. The lady that took our order wasn’t the cleanest looking person. Not much personality either. Chairs and tables were not orderly. The glass doors going into the restaurant were dirty. My general impression is workers are lazy and management isn’t particular.
Came through and got the chili. Manager there was rude. This is the third time I went through there, all three times different managers and all three times completely rude. Chili barely had any food or meat in it. It was more like watered chili and made me sick. Burger also wasn’t cooked and completely cold.
Not only were they out of sausage, biscuits, gravy, and the frosty machine was down which all of that was not their fault so I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin but the muffin was as hard as a hockey puck. just handling that you would know something is wrong. This place needs to be bull dozed down and replaced with a company that cares about providing a good product.
