If they would stop giving me spicy nuggets when I clearly ask for REGULAR nuggets maybe I could offer a better review.
Edit same day at dinner: decided to try again for dinner, actually gave me regular nuggets, thank you! Hot food, good service, Dinner crew actually cares.
Overall, food was good. Fries & nuggets were cold. Drink was fresh.
Customer service was blah, but it wasn't bad (Wasn't much convo, just a hello & handed me my food)
Never been treated more rudely when we asked why there are advertisements on TV offering $1 drinks any size and was charged $2.99! “We don’t offer that and I’m the boss” was her response! Won’t be back plenty of places to go where you can be treated with respect.
This is supposed to be a Baconator!!! 2 strips of bacon!!! Even went back to try and get it fixed but nope.
Everytime we do drive thru here it is incredibly slow. Come on Wendy's, be better
This place is always fast with great service. We use the drive thru often. I love the pretzel baconator burger.
The dining room was empty, so there's no reason every single table was disgusting and the floor even worse. We asked for a table to be cleaned...they gave us a rag to do it ourselves, with a young child and baby.
Walked in no one in there customer wise. Ordered my phone had a couple coupons.
A lady a about 3 kids walked in before she even got to the counter she was already talking about her big order she had already ordered online. I had ordered 2 singles a tea and a bacon natural fry . 4 items. Before she walked in. So my fries and tea cup is there. My burgers are sitting just waiting to be put on my tray do I can walk away. She starts emptying out her bag to make sure her order is correct and barking orders at everyone in there. I'm standing there trying to be patient and wondering why someone doesn't just put my burgers on my tray I see them they are right there. After about 8 minutes someone finally realizes why I'm still standing there why the lady is still giving out her demands. I thought management should have made her wait . Or atleast moved her food to a table and go through it. 2nd skip the bacon actor fries they sound cool but taste horrible. And I ordered 2 singles when I sat down we had 2 doubles. No I didn't get up to say my order was wrong I just kept eating. The place was clean and the staff was friendly untill me. I have to check every item at the counter in front of everyone and have no respect showed up.
