Dissapointed by the quality and appearance but not by the taste. I ordered the Bacon Pub Burger and you can see how I received it compared to how it is advertised. It was pretty sloppy with sauce dripping from the sides. If I were to have waited to eat it it would've been pretty soggy. No matter what this is what I ordered and it is what it is. I have never tried this Burger so thought why not. The "ITS BACK" on the sign peaked my curiosity.
I was very pleased with the taste. Really good to be honest. I will order one again. The service was good and everything else that came with the meal was fine.
I understand no matter where you order from the food is never going to come out looking like the billboard picture but sometimes you expect it to be similar, especially when it is advertised as a premium burger.
Hopefully next time it is put together a little better.
In the past 20 days I've been to Wendy's 20 times to get a baked potato. I've been successful once. Tonight I was told they are out. Ok...I'll get a pecan salad...out! Chili...out! I spoke to a manager who told me their system is down. The pos system has nothing to do with food production...it's a consistent problem. It's really bad management. When I spoke with the manager and said this Wendy's was very poorly managed...he told me if I didn't like it...there's the door. Very unprofessional and loud in a dining room with 3 tables. Quite unbelievable to me. I would really like to speak to the owner....the staff obviously doesn't care.
Avoid this place. Literally, a bag of Walmart fries and nuggets would have tasted better and been about 6 bucks vs. the 38 we just waisted. I will NEVER eat there again.
Had an employee call me an M-Fer when he thought I couldn’t here. Management didn’t seem to care. When I said they need to teach their employees to respect their customers female manage said “He did”
This place makes you order either on line or order on a kiosk . We tried to order on line but it wouldnt work so we ordered on a dirty kiosk. While we were there a couple couldnt figure out the order system and left mad. Its an unfriendly place. Probably wont go back much or ever.
Why is my order always wrong?? How difficult is it to make a Double Stack with no mustard or ketchup and add extra mayo. What did I get? I got a bacon double cheeseburger with onions and pickles. Not what I ordered. It shouldn't be that difficult. The problem is not Wendy's. It's me that I keep thinking the next time it will be right. Never again.
I cannot tell you how happy i am with the service i just received from Wendy’s. Ive been eating here on and off since i was a child, and the past few years its been nothing short of disappointing. Food was almost always incorrect, wait times were abhorrent, and the workers were nothing short of disrespectful. But today i stopped in, the lady at the drive through was extremely helpful and friendly, my food was correct (and absolutely delicious), and i was in and out of the drive through in less than 5 minutes. I don’t know if management has changed or what happened but hats off to the whole team at Wendy’s, i am beyond impressed.
The best deal for cost is the meal in a bag, otherwise it gets expensive fast. I asked for the double bacon without cheese. I got cheese and the bacon got put on my husband's burger instead. They have a great variety of sauces though, and they are very good.
