Food was hot and served quickly. Bacon was nice & crispy and the vegetables were fresh. I like to sit next to the fireplace inside. They also have plants next to the window seats. It's the little things that count and the plants are a nice touch. ????????????
I Arrived at 2:42 Wednesday August 28 Ashley, the employee stated they were closing earlier. I asked to speak with the supervisor. I’ve been waiting outside at 3:20 The employee Ashley stated the supervisor said he or she was busy and would not be coming 2 the window. Never never poor unprofessional people working here.
GARBAGE service, even grading on a curve for the fact that it's a Wendy's in South Philly. Ordered online, when I went to the window they told me to park off in the corner, then they completely forgot about me. 20 minutes later I drove back to the window and they'd never even made my food. When I asked why not the manager told me not to get an attitude.
0/10, would sooner eat a bagel I found face down on Broad Street.
Just came from this location. Upon ordering they stated they stated what i orderd could be made which were loaded fries. Get to cashier and she Claimed they did not know how to use microwave so i ask for basic cheese fries or fries with ranch. Basically declined any service at all. 12 am on Dec 5th night shift. The staff is racist and as soon as they seen I was white they all of a sudden wouldn't complete any accommodations at all.
Employees didn't tell me the total and was rude while making the order. When I pull up to the window, employee again didn't tell me the total. The food was half ass made. Didn't get our ranch and the baconnator fries hardly had any cheese
I am writing to report my disappointing experience at Wendy's on Oregon Avenue.
Unfortunately, I witnessed and personally encountered unacceptable behavior from the female employees.
During my visit, I was treated with disrespect and a lack of kindness. The employee who served me was hasty, aggressive, arrogant, and rude. Her attitude was unacceptable, and she spoke to me with anger, as if I had done something wrong.

I was shocked and disheartened by this experience, and I will not return to this location.
I hope you will address this issue and provide training to ensure that all customers receive respectful and kind service.
Food was surprisingly hot and fresh fries were a bit meh. Driver thru lady was a little rude but everyone has bad days. Stopped by after an Eagles game, so I know she was a bit worked up since it was extremely busy.
Update: was violently ill for 2 days after my horrible experience. Customer care is impossible to reach. Avoid!
Where is the option for zero stars. They need to shut this place down. Fire the entire staff and start fresh. The worst Wendy's in the history of fast food. Dine at your own risk. Don't expect much.
