Today I visited Wendy’s and had the most amazing experience thanks to Imelda! ???? From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile ???? and made me feel right at home ????. Her customer service was exceptional! ????
Imelda was incredibly attentive and made sure my order was perfect ????????. She even went the extra mile to recommend some delicious menu items that I hadn’t tried before. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive! ????
Throughout my visit, Imelda checked in on me to ensure everything was to my liking ????. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude made my dining experience truly enjoyable. It’s rare to find such dedicated and passionate employees, and Imelda is definitely one of them! ????

Firstly, the food was not fresh, the fries were old, cold and stale and the burgers were drenched in mayonnaise. Also,the order taker is extremely rude. I understand that the job is challenging, and you may have had a difficult day, but it's important not to take it personally with those who are treating you kindly. Your attitude requires a revision, and if I didn't assume that you and your team would not interfere with our food, I would have gladly shared some insights regarding maintaining your professional and personal life separately. I have experience in fast food, and I have not indulged in treating others poorly simply because my day was less than ideal or I experienced personal challenges. I had to conceal my emotions and maintain a positive attitude, and it turned out that most of the time, others showed respect and treated me with dignity. There are numerous job opportunities available in this vicinity. If this particular position is not suitable, consider exploring alternative companies. Thanks.
The employee at the drive-thru doesn't know how to answer properly, no one knows if he's awake or asleep ???? and the lady at the checkout even though she explained that the payment was separate was super rude and charged us anyway and when we asked she was rude and very rude! We opened the orders and guess what? Everything was wrong!
it sucks really bad there scanner never works. And they are slow as hell. You are better off going a few miles on the road to the One on 56 Don’t waste your time
I am pretty impressed with this Wendy's today. I came around 7:30pm and it wasn't busy at all. Sometimes this worries me, because the food may not be the freshest. I got the crispy chicken biggie bag. I was offered to upgrade to a large, which I appreciate. The food was great! The fries, chicken nuggets, and my sandwich were all fresh and hot!

Today, July 14, my sister had an unpleasant experience at this Wendy's location. I was on CarPlay, talking to my sister, who has a little bit of difficulty with her speech, while she was placing a to-go order. The lady taking the orders was quite rude, which made the situation more challenging. As someone with family members who have disabilities, I understand how important it is for service staff to be patient and understanding. My sister sometimes struggles to express herself clearly, and it would have made a world of difference if the lady had shown a bit more compassion and kindness. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of empathy and professionalism. A little patience and a friendly attitude can go a long way, especially when dealing with customers who may need a bit more time and understanding.
This was probably the fastest Wendy's Ive been to at a 6pm dinner hour. They were busy, but efficient! Ordered a Pretzel Pub Bacon Burger & Fries. The burger looked a little wilted, but who goes to a fast-food restaurant for the looks? The burger tasted fantastic! As you would always expect with Wendy's fresh beef and all the great toppings on the Pretzel Pub menu items. A definite win!
