The absolute worst service I've ever received at a QSR restaurant. When I first went inside to order, I was ignored for 5 minutes and had to ask if I should come back. I was then informed that the guy taking orders at the register was outside and that I'd have to wait for him to come back. After about 6 minutes, a young man walked in and stood at the register and did not greet nor make eye contact with me. When I said hi, did you want to take my order he said, "Why else would I be standing here... SIR" That about did it for me. I asked if it was because of my rationality, and only them did a supervisor appear. I left without ordering and will also be filing a complaint with Wendy's headquarters. Worst service ever, and I will not eat in another Wendy's unless a formal apology is offered.
This restaurant is dirty, although they have an A on the door.
I stood at the front of the line for over 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me, this while several employees were leaning on counters and chatting to each other.
I would have walked out if I had seen the drinks machine before ordering.
I chose to not use that machine for my beverage. The iced tea containers looked fine. No napkins in the dining room area.
Fries were cold and I just couldn’t be bothered to go back inside to get it “fixed”.
Love the chili. But that's all I can say positive about this location. Not clean, to much personal going on with the staff. I stood for 10min without a greeting and the cashier was moving so slow I wanted to change my mind. Drive thru is always very very very slow. Too much playing and not enough faster service. Need better organizing of who takes orders and who fills them. Should not take 20 min for a salad order.

Lids were off, soda machine looked to be leaking and syrup caked on machine and floor. The drink machines didn’t have 90% of the flavors. Frosty machine wasn’t ready. Waited over 10 minutes for them to put mix in then they sad had to clean it first. So of course had cold food. None of the employees seemed to care about anything that was wrong.
Worst fast food experience! Waited over 30 min for order. Ketchup dispensers torn up. No chili. No tea. Dryers in both bathrooms didn't work. Poor management, poor housekeeping, poor service. I was not the only one complaining.
This is the second time in a few months that I've come to this location and both times was informed when I pulled up to the drive thru that they cannot take credit cards, only cash. I've ordered on the app both times and was faced with unhappy employees when I said that. This time my fries were cold. Very cold.
Stopped in here to eat after a long day of travel. The place was FILTHY. Kitchen was a greasy dirty mess, stuff running over the sides of all the equipment. Floors, all tables and main counter a sticky, cup ringed stained mess. Chairs all over the place not by any of the tables. Beverage dispensing machine dirty and broken. Both ketchup dispensers empty. All trash receptacles overflowing.The ladies bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper, used and new, strewn all over stalls and on floor. Unflushed dirty toilets. No paper towels bc the roll was laying in excess soap from the soap dispenser on the sink. I took pictures.
Service was terrible. We waited almost 1/2 hour for food while 6 employees in back were talking to each other or on their phones. Sooo. Sloooow. Totally apathetic.
The best part was at 5:30 the manager(?) told a group of customers coming in that the lobby was closed, asked them to leave, and locked them out!!! Several people after that were banging on the doors trying to get in to eat. They weren't missing much, ha!
In all our travels we have never seen anything like it. Corporate needs to get out to this Wendy's and clean it up before the health department closes it down.
The good things that I can say is the food was hot and the frosty and fries were good. We ordered the bacon burger combo meals with the free frostys because we purchasd the free frosty tags. The cashier was courteous but while he was giving us cups to use the thousand flavor fountain machine he did not inform us that the fountain machine only had zero sodas and drinks, we had to inform him that the fountain machine only had zero drinks, he then said that they did have the non zero drinks behind the counter. The bourbon burger was not good it has bourbon sauce on it, the burger is not made with bourbon it should be called bourbon sauce burger and it has no bourbon taste. It also has fried onion straws on it which I do not like that. Why not just have fried onions or just raw onions?
