I ordered a pecan chicken salad, lettuce was old and no spring mix and it had bacon on it .
Absolutely no sense of urgency from anyone working there. Not pating attention to what a customer ordered. We had over a 20 minute wait for our order to be complete, and to top it off, the order was wrong. Along with the 3 customers in front of us who also had incorrect orders as well.
The service has been hit or miss recently. Almost everytime I get fries anymore they seem old and bland. I tried to use the app to order and not only do they not offer the cod which Is my go to, the service at the store was rude when i tried to call in the order, and the customer service center was closed during advertised hours. I normally really like Wendy's so hopefully this is a passing phase.
Overall for fast food,Wendy's will always be top notch. Always fast service and quality food for fast food
Went there for eat in breakfast at 7:45 am. Lobby was dark, ask if they were open, they said yes. We wanted at the register for about 10 minutes. Just got stared at. No one took our order, so we left. I don't blame the employees, just the manager. You open at 6:30! Change your time of opening or do your job..
Took my son here for Father's day 2024 to honor my dad (he passed away 2 years ago). We got here just before noon, and it was great! Not too busy, the food was ready really fast, and all the tables were clean.
The big girl Kelsey. With blonde hair. Needs to be fired. She's an embarrassment to the establishment. Literally. Only know her name because the manager an her were arguing in the middle of the place because Kelsey wanted to be lazy an not work. She just looks an acts nasty.
Mind you when I first met Kelsey she made me pull up to wait on my food in the drive thru. an when she went to hand me my food she started vaping before she gave it to me. Gross. Like who does that? Ghetto an nasty. I literally don't really come here anymore because she's always working. An I know when I see her there's either going to be something wrong with my food or just my experience being there. I wouldn't have someone that trashy working at my establishment. Especially one that's a main restaurant in alexandria. This place will go down hill fast with her.
I was very disappointed had to fight the flies over my ketchup and sweet tea also had to fight them off my cheeseburger . There is plenty of staff tonigjt to take care of the lobby guess to bust talking about crazy hat day
