I stopped at this Wendy's while on a long drive and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the wait time was impressively short, even though it was during a busy lunch hour. The staff were friendly and quick to take my order, which I really appreciated since I was in a rush to get back on the road.
However, the drink machine was malfunctioning, which was a bit disappointing. It limited the options available and caused a slight inconvenience. That said, the food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service overall was great.
If the drink machine gets fixed, this would be an easy 5-star stop for road trippers!
I tried to give your establishment multiple chances and you fail every time. Why is it so hard for yall to put the honey butter on my burrito? You guys are the only Wendy’s to ever put it on the side.
Like yall don’t even be busy when I ask for it! I literally be the only customer in line and yall employees are just lazy.
This location when I stopped by had the most pleasant people working I left saying to myself wow they were all really kind and enthusiastic. You don't see much of that anymore. Very pleased with service and meal was fantastic as usual and accurate which is always awesome!
Krabby patty meal would have been better if you didn't drown it in sauce. Worker about had a tantrum when I asked for a specific toy in the kids meal, even though there was literally no one in line and I waited 5+ mins for someone to bother taking my order. The male manager has obviously left and new management can't keep it together.
Order is always right, good food, really nice service.
We stopped by with a bus full of hungry teenage volleyball players and the Wendy’s team did an amazing job! Thank you for the fast, friendly service, the delicious food and accommodating our team with ease. Great job La Grange Wendy’s!
The food was ok. The inside especially the bathroom needs a good deep cleaning. They also need a new sign outside, the old one is gone/blown out.
The absolute slowest Wendys I have ever been to. They take the fast out of fast food. It took 20min to get our food and there were only 4 families in the restaurant, 2 of which were there before we came in.
