I ordered a spicy nuggets meal, and they gave me regular nuggets, but that wasn't the worst part. It looked like there were indentations or thumb marks in like 8 of the nuggets where it was not cooked properly and it tasted like raw breading. I was working at the time and couldn't go back to complain, and they ignored my feedback on their site. I won't be back.
Ordered a 10 peice spicy and received what looked like childre size nuggets, which I know is not a thing. Literally half the size of regular nuggets for the same price. The first one I pulled out was cute and funny, the next 9 where not cute and funny.
My order was for 1 single cheeseburger meal but was entered twice, i had to repeat myself 3 times to have the second meal deleted but the young lady was rude and didn't remove. I had my order corrected at the cashier window. Good luck at the drive through, been at the north canton Wendy's 3 times and had very similar experiences all 3 times. The burger was good but the fries was cold. Good Luck if you go to north canton Wendy's.
Terrible food , definitely sat for too long in the heating tray , I would know I use to work at Wendy’s , do better !!
They just can’t seem to get things right. Today is a perfect example. The new bacon, chicken, maple croissant. Well it’s on a hamburger bun... I mean croissant is in the name. Maybe I’m wrong for assuming this is not a difficult task. The task being the ability to use the proper ingredients. But who am I besides a customer...
Rushed me, wouldn't even give me a whole minute to read the menu. Another time the cashier Abby was so disinterested in her job she rang up the wrong sandwich, didn't give us the cup for the menu, and I wasn't going to make a fuss because they're busy but the bun for my wrong sandwich was starting to get stale, too.
Wendy's is a Midwestern staple. As far as fast food goes, it's pretty good. This location is pretty nice.
Hit or miss - order accuracy is meh. Every time we do choose to go there it's the same song and dance - I'll upgrade to a Large fry and they might put the amount for a Medium in there. So then I'll have to ask for it to be actually filled. In general Wendy's is a decent choice for fast food but the fact is they've always been higher in prices and this isn't a difficult fix.
