I Love Wendy's in general, based on the quality, but this locationis better than most. They are fast and friendly and the place is always squeaky clean - especially the rest rooms.
Most important, the food is always great.
09/01/2024 As soon as we walked in attitude already, the food was good minus the fries they were old and we asked for fresh fries and the African American gal with dyed red hair had nothing but attitude very bad customer service. As we walked in she was on her phone sitting down and everyone else were just following her lead doing nothing. Don't go to this location supposedly she was the Manager which she should of been more customer oriented.
I work nearby and get this out of convenience a lot but the experience is never great. Staff are always in a rush and assume you’re done ordering after each thing you tell them instead of actually asking if that will be all, they seem super unfriendly and not caring at all about customer experience. Managers there are probably more worried about speed and quantity over quality. They literally mess up the order over half of the time I go here and the drinks are almost always diluted. If you’re the owner or manager, please relax on your people about the rush itself and focus on quality for a bit.
I'm disappointed I went to get the Krabby Patty Meal .......it was all hyped with the sponge Bob box and stickers and the wrappers........but this place was just a regular Wendy's #1 meal just cuz they gave me pineapple Frosty....it just came in a regular bag my kids were excited for this they been watching on tiktok and Instagram........and u get stickers well let me tell you don't go to the one on 32nd St north of Broadway cuz you will be disappointed
It was really quiet and peaceful inside. I got my food pretty quickly and the employees were really polite and friendly. It wasn't crowded either. I would definitely recommend this Wendy's over a lot of them that I've been too.
After a crazy long day coming to Wendy’s for their spicy chicken with cheese and bacon, my oh my did that hit the sweet spot. Lin was the finishing touch to outstanding customer service. Thanks for making me full of tasty dinner heaven
Food was decent, definitely wouldn't reccomend getting breakfast items that might sit for a while, the fresh cooked food was good, french toast sticks were definitely sitting for a while
Self service kiosk has issues with app codes, but the manager was very friendly and willing to help.
