Unusual setup due to the size and shape of the lot. Refreshingly excellent service. Everything seemed as fresh as fast food can get.
Just be aware, the booths are small.
I went to go get some food for my little sister and I and I took a big bite of my chicken sandwich when I realized something didn’t taste right so i immediately started pulling it apart to find out that my chicken was almost completely raw. I will not be going to any Wendy’s any time soon this is not unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
Manager on duty had great customer service. He has long blondish hair. Thanks for helping with my online order!
Consistently frustrating experiences at this Wendy’s location. Missing items in an order, especially without an apology or helpful customer service, definitely annoying.
Very disappointed with this branch. Ordered dinner for the family and received a VERY undercooked chicken sandwich (see picture below). We took apart the sandwich after my daughter said something was wrong with it to find that most of the chicken was uncooked! This is the most recent of a handful of issues that have led to us avoiding this branch most of the time.
This has sealed the deal - there's no way we're eating here again.
This branch needs to make substantial improvements with their take-out and pick-up orders.
Don’t go there when they are busy. If you want to just serve drive up customers, lock the door and force everyone to do drive up. If you dare to go in, be prepared to deal with a slow kiosk and rude server who missed half of your $45 order and get disgusted when you tell her 4 items were missing. I told her to drop the attitude. They are instructed to get ride of the drive up customers first and screw the customers that walk in. Awful business protocol.
Great place fast food thays yastes fresh. Only complaints is how hot it is inside and if you use the kiosk the staff get all protective and hide the cups so you have to fight them from them. The lady threw my cups lid down...gross.
Food order was disappointing. Everything just looked thrown together even though we were the only people there. Service is always great. Always with a smile. Some of the furniture could use replacing. Just a bit of a disappointment.
